I've been searching around for awhile now, and i've only managed to find a couple of indepth, 30 - 60 minute documentries on either UFO's and/or Exterrestrials.

So i'm just wondering whether someone could possibly send me a couple of URL's to some decent documentries. *Rapidshare* type documentries, if you get what i mean.

Cheers

Spunned, Google Video was the first place i searched. I've also tried a couple of popular warez forums, but with no luck.

Sky Eagle, it seems that you have to purchase those documentries.

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

I am not sure where you are or if you have the HISTORY channel on TV, but they play ALOT of interesting videos - (I often try to record these, edit, convert, and upload these shows on this forum)

Here is a few that will be coming on soon on the HISTORY CHANNEL:

UFO Hunters.
Airs on Friday, May 19 at 5:00pm ET

They look to the stars, to Earth, and within the human body. They are the UFO research elite that seeks answers to the mysteries of the UFO phenomenon. Their determination, attitude, and methodologies stand strong against ridicule and disbelief. In the end, UFO hunters exhibit scientific evidence that pushes the boundary of modern-day thinking. At annual conferences, they share findings and are often stunned by the commonality of their cases. Follow UFO hunters as they search for UFOs and investigate crash sites. Their hunts for physical evidence of UFOs and alien life forms sometimes end up as global wild goose chases, but there are other times, when what they find is just too intriguing....and might just prove that it is possible that we are not alone in the universe. Soviet UFO Secrets Revealed.
Airs on Monday, May 22 at 5:00pm ET

In an investigation of some of the most puzzling UFO sightings in Soviet history, we uncover the work of an underground network of believers and reveal a clandestine 13-year government investigation of UFOs. Many Russian UFO enthusiasts believe that proof of alien encounters exists--but it's being hidden from them! We also meet George Knapp, an American broadcast journalist who traveled to Russia in the early 1990s and believes there's a treasure trove of KGB UFO files that remain top-secret. TVPG

Alien Engineering, Part 2.
Airs on Tuesday, May 23 at 12:00am ET

If an alien spaceship crash-lands on Earth, the first thing we'll want to do is take it apart and learn how it works. Maybe go for a tour inside and learn what kind of options it has--like an anti-matter reactor, laser weapons, and even a teletransporter. Amazingly, many of these "science fiction" devises are based on real science. And many have human-designed counterparts right here on Earth. Super-powerful laser weapons can be found on our own prototype weapons. We're even researching ways to hide vehicles behind plasma-generated "invisibility cloaks". Cutting-edge animation and live-action recreations help us "imagine" an alien spacecraft and learn how many amazing devices and mechanisms are really possible, and likely to be available in a few years. Majestic Twelve: UFO Cover-Up.
Airs on Tuesday, May 23 at 5:00pm ET

What really happened in Roswell, New Mexico in the summer of 1947? Did a flying saucer crash in the vast desert scrubland? The initial Army Air Force press release claimed they had recovered a flying disk. But a day later, the story dramatically changed--now they called it a weather balloon! In 1987, secret documents surfaced indicating the existence of the "Majestic 12"--an elite group of scientists and military and intelligence officials, allegedly brought together by President Harry Truman. Did the MJ-12 truly exist? If so, did these men forever trivialize the most talked-about UFO event in history, as well as all UFO sightings thereafter? TVPG

UFOs vs. The Government.
Airs on Wednesday, May 24 at 5:00pm ET

Looks at four reported sightings of UFOs in England, Belgium, Canada, and southwestern Michigan, deemed by experts to be some of the best evidence available on the existence of possible extraterrestrial spacecraft. We tell the stories, then disbelievers present their best guess of what witnesses really saw. TVPG

Deep Sea UFOs.
Airs on Thursday, June 1 at 5:00pm ET

Join us for a detailed examination of the little-known phenomenon of USOs, or "Unidentified Submerged Objects", an advanced type of UFO that can operate just as efficiently in water as in the atmosphere. These supposed otherworldly vessels have been reported, some believe, as far back as ancient Egypt. Others believe that USOs were reported by Alexander the Great and Christopher Columbus, and might even involve the lost city of Atlantis. Highlights include the 1967 "Shag Harbour Incident", a government-documented USO crash off the coast of Nova Scotia, Canada, and a trip to the area around Laguna Cartegena in Puerto Rico, a reported hotbed of USO activity. Interviewees include the US Navy's Bruce Maccabee, UCLA's Kathryn Morgan, as well as USO and UFO experts Stanton Friedman, Bill Birnes, and Preston Dennett. TVPG

I have the history channel, yet i'm sure that the U.S broadcast differs from Oceania. I will have to look into it. Anyway i would really appreciate it if you were to upload these, or any documentries relevant to the topic subject to rapidshare, or megaupload, ect. I will go take a look at the TV guide to see what's on. Thanks once again original.gif

Great. It's 1:15 a.m here, and a documentry labeled "Conspircies" is on at 4:00 a.m. It's about aliens, which very well may be the "UFO Hunters" episode. I will be up all night, so intend to return and talk about it.

I already have uploaded several of these in the past on this forum.. I think the links still work.

If you do a search on TOPIC STARTER for Cinders, you will find that 98% of my topics will be regarding the vids I've worked on or found. (some coming on UFO files I've already worked up and posted it on this forum)

I plan to record some of the upcoming shows on May 22nd, 23rd, and another I see on June 1st:

Soviet UFO Secrets Revealed
Alien Engineering Part 2
Majestic Twelve : UFO Cover-up
UFO's vs. The Government
Deep Sea UFO's (aka USO's)

LOL oh.. well when I view it a MPG or avi video with Windows media player for instance , I just pause the video at the image I want, then I hold down the CTRL key + the "I" key.. then save the pic to the directory of your choice.

It depends on what program you use.. Media Player Classic, IrfanView, VLC Media Player and BSPlayer can do this sort of thing to. BSPlayer is also a great alternative to Windows Media Player when watching .wmv videos. BSPlayer can take screen shots of .wmv's where as Windows Media Player will not take them if in wmv format.

Then when I post it on this forum, I might make the image bigger or smaller etc .. when I upload the image to www.imageshack.us etc.
Osias
Cheers for that. I shall give it a go now original.gif
