Sorry lufia, but that is actually some pretty old stuff. Many websites use that video. It's neat, but not sufficient to prove that they exist. sad.gif ........ What's sad to say is this "JKCinema" credits themselves for this, but I have seen the same version, without the credits that roll before-hand. I can already see that site going down for that one. This video has been around for more than 4 years i believe since I seen it 2 years ago myself.

Those are some pretty awesome pics and videos. A lot of those i had seen before, and i think i'd been to that website before and watched it, but it had been a while. I really liked those faces they caught on the tv screen while pointing the video camera towards it. creepy stuff.

yes.gif thanks for that, i didn't know it was that outdated lol. But some of the video tapes used is pretty convincing to me like the one where some1 is taping a ghost cross the road and a black figure disappearing on the security tape, if anyone could prove these are fakes i would love to hear it w00t.gif,

Well the one called ghost crossing the road is a Terrible fake, it makes me angry watching it and seeing lots of people believe it heh.

Its Dirt on the windscreen!!! if you find the video somwhere else you can clearly see other dirt specs on the windscreen moving at the same rate as the "ghost"

silly.

the others i havent seen as a better resolution, i may have to find them and look harder

Heck yeah, they do look convincing. I do like the one clip where the apparition runs accross the dirt road, and another clip where the apparition in the parking garage runs behind the car and vanishes. Not to say all those clips are fake, but some are.

ATTENTION members: The advice on pointing a camera at your TV screen is not a good idea as it ruins your screen. I did this years ago using my night vision surveilance cameras, with the IR illuminator, and guess what happend?...... It makes your TV screens go nuts and start flickering. Maybe it was the IR beam doing it, but I'm just wanting to give you guys a heads up. Also, as I was actually watching the cam live in realtime as I pointed it towards the TV instead of recording it and viewing it lateer to see if anything happend. If you don't believe me, try it yourself, but don't say I didn't warn you. On the instructions on my equipment, it even says not to.

edit: i can't spell for damn, maybe it's my hangover. sleepy.gif .....*closing door to my office*

theres no harm in doing the itc stuff, but dont expect anything amazing.
the flickering mad effect is whats supposed to happen.
it shouldnt put more stress on your tv than watching an action movie.

Hmmm... well mine flickers. What good is it to do it anyways if it flickers? I know that doing this over a long span of time will. But everything hurts the TV, like speaker magnets being too close to the TV makes your screen turn green and stay that way.
Jeenuh
maybe i should try it on my old, already green tinted tv, hahaha.

If you brush it with the opposing side of the magnet (produces purple on the screen) back and forth over the green areas then it restores it to a certian extent, ive been lucky that the green on the tv's I've had this happen to was not very strong so the distortion of the magnetic field was not too damaged and brushing the magnet with the opposite polarity near the green areas repaired it.
Dark Princess
that's pretty neat, they didn't do a bad job putting together that little documentry of some past stuff.
Mookie
I liked it and jumped and, if i remember made a silly noise at the end when the thing jumps out at you. Felt really silly afterwards as I so should have seen that coming blush.gif

PS Wasn't this on anothere post somewhere? I can't remember.
coldethyl
disgust.gif I don't like the things jumping out at me!

Damn, I threw that TV away. I'll have to keep that in mind. It happend when I took in my car speakers out ( 2 - 15 inch Q-power subwoofers ) and brought them inside so I had room to out my paintball stuff into my trunk... leaving for a tournament. I placed them by my TV, and when I got back, it was a half green screen.

Thanks for the advice, that's good to know for next time.
