Nintendo didn't do anything good after Street fighter 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!on the snes

they didn't do anything good since those old old cards they use to make decades ago.

I saw the new trailer, it was great until wario came.

I also loved the trailer for Brawl, right up to the part where Wario shows up on a bike and farts on the other characters. It was so bad, it made me cringe.

According to French website LiveWii, Smash Brothers producer Masashiro Sakurai went on a Tokyo radio station's “The Gaming Show” recently and talked about the title.

Apparently, Ice Climbers and Mr. Game & Watch were confirmed to be removed, while Young Link will be replaced with a cel-shaded version. Ridley and Bowser Junior will also be added to the roster.

It was also allegedly said that there will be around 40 characters, 15 of which will be new and a few of which will possibly be from third parties. Remember, this is a rumour, and should be taken as such for now.

And Megalomania, they aren't letting Japan choose all the characters. In fact they said that because of it's world wide fam that their going to try to put in more characters that people out side of japan want (And some will be tooken out). . . they are just letting Japan vote on suggustions and keeping a eye on the nintendo Nsider forums.

AztecInca, thats just a rumor which is most likely fake because Sakurai has not said that on the Japan SuperSmashBrothersDOJO site which he updates ALOT. Thats just something someone made up.

When Zelda is really low on the tier list, and the Ice Climbers have +5 counter on Shiek, making them the only counter in the game.

All characters are worthless without a good
player behind them. A newbie playing
Ice Climbers would lose to an experianced
jiggypuff (the crappest one of all).

Jigglypuff is actually one of the best characters. 8th on the tier list.
The Pound is lagless, and instant, Rest is a deadly move for anyone over 19%, except the big characters, which need around 25.
Jiggly has all 5 of her jumps, limitless pounds, and then an air dodge to get back onto the stage.
Her combos are dominating, and always are a KO. (Well, her rest combos anyway).
Her other combos just set up the opponent for a rest, which is deadly anyway.

I also liked roy and ganondorf a lot, I never played against anyone that played well with ice climbers... I would really like to battle you, pity it isn't possible.
And Zelda can be untouchable if played well, but then again almost every char can.

I rule at Young Link. I am untouchable. I beat two
lv 9 Bowsers on the same team and didn't lose a
life. Also beat 100 man melee as him.

Bowsers aren't, and will never be hard.

Try Marths, or Foxs'.

Metagame is basically gaming to play in competitions and tournaments.
It often requires knowing skills such as Wavedashing, Short-Hopping and such for all characters, as well as great knowledge about the character, their requirements, and other character's and player's playing styles.

omg, mewtwo is down the road... I used to play a lot with him and was very good with it, still, it's difficult to win against fast characters since he is so damn slow -.-

I knew sheik and marth would be on top =D I usually have great battles with one of my friends (me using sheik, he using marth), those battles are damn cool, with we avoiding each other attacks a lot (by moving, jumping, etc, not only dodging).

Anyone that says that shurikens are useless can't really use sheik at it's best IMO.

I love to own my friends once in a while, to play with them as if they are balls, they know that they are doomed once I got them in mid-air with a decent damage.

EDIT: anyway, that metagaming stuff sounds cool

Any one have a finisher that they like to use on an opponent?
For example when i play as Young Link as soon as i get my opponent
to around 100% damage i use the sword drop move and send 'em flyin'.

^I used to do that finisher a lot too, when I played with link.

With sheik, once their damage get's around 50-60 % I use the flying punch (mid-air, front + A) to send them flying to their doom, if they survive I start playing with them with the max combos I can come up with until they have enough damage and I see a opening to perform that punch again.

Mewtwo- Shadow ball

Kirby- anything that I can come up with, I used to do a sick trick where I'd swallow foes and jump out of the plataform at the rigth moment so that they would fall and I had just to jump a little to get back, but I don't use that often cause it takes the fun.

Ganondorf: pretty much anything... hhmmm... the elbow attack is a pretty good choice.

Roy: Smash up + A while on ground did a very nice damage, or one of the sword dance finisher combos (if that's the right name, can't remember)
