For some reason every time at night when there is stars when i look at it, it reminds me of star wars and makes me really want to go to another galaxie or perhaps a world like star wars.

I know what you mean.

I remember going to see Star Trek2 The Wrath of Kahn at the drive-in when I was a child. The airplanes from nearby DFW airport were flying over and I thought they were the ships from the movie.

I miss drive-ins

Drive-in are great. We still have one in the city where I live, but I haven't been there in ages.

Except for the Star Wars reference, I feel the same way. It would be one of the greatest moments in my life to be able to look back at the Earth from far above, and to travel throughout the limitless reaches of space.

I'd like to be able to go to the moon one day.

I'm happy staying on earth to be honest...I think a great deal of the stuff on this forum shows us that there's a great deal about our world, and what we're sharing it with, that we still don't understand...I say forget outer space for a while, there's more than enough mystery and amazement on our own planet for now wink2.gif

If you want to go to the depths of the ocean thats cool. Exploring caves, that's cool. Some people just want to leave Earth for awhile.

Starlyte, you must be from Mcalester. They have the only drive-in that I know about, but I haven't gone to it yet.
Starlyte
Nope, from Tulsa.

I didn't know Tulsa had one. I've been wanting to build a drive-in here in Antlers for awile. There are a lot of younger people who have never even seen one, and are missing out on one of the best expieriences ever, in my opinion.

Call me crazy *cocks shotgun and points it in random directions* Go on, I dare ya! Anyway, whenever I look up at the night sky I get this feeling that I've been there before. You might think that's a little nuts or whatever, but some part of me remembers "soaring" through space. Sometimes I'll even remember seeing something and then a little while later I'll find a picture of it on the NASA/JPL site. Weird, no? Anyway, Star Wars was cool and all and I'd love to be involved in something like that...but sometimes I wonder if I wasn't/aren't already.
