I thought that I read on WOT website that after KOD that there would only be one book left. Today; however, I learnt that not only does Robert Jordan have a rare disease, but he also wants to write thirty more books. So does anyone have an updated number of books left?

If it is only one book, it should be very fast paced in order to cover all the thing that I think it should.

"Internationally bestselling author Robert Jordan's eleventh book in his wildly popular The Wheel of Time™ series, Knife of Dreams (A Tor hardcover; 704 pages; $29.95; 0-312-87307-7), will go on-sale nation-wide this October 11, 2005. Knife of Dreams will be the second to last book in the highly acclaimed The Wheel of Time™ series, the last three books of which have all been #1 New York Times bestsellers."
This was from just before the release of KOD

I wub.gif WoT...hence my username. Although I haven't found time to read KoD, I would be happy to see 30 more books.

Great name! I would also love to see thirty more books, but I really don't want WOT to be an "unfinished series." Maybe finish WoT and begin a new series, maybe during the last age, or the next age. Also total respect for Jordan and his attitude towards his disease.
