After Dan Brown's release of the Da Vinci's Code, everything made sense to some. It was just a theory and was said to be fiction. However some documents and researching he had overlooked proved to be some of what truthly based but managed to make an uproar in religion faith.

However, there is many others out there. The Holy Blood Holy Grail and then another one has been found. The Knights Templar in the New World. How Henry Sinclair Brought The Grail To Acadia.

This indeed is a very good book. And this guys has connections to Mason Bloodlines and Knightly Bloodlines. Could this be the true story or is everything abunch of bull or are all these books like the codes of Da Vinci, in each painting there is a clue. Could it be possible that in each book there is a clue?

How do you feel about this?

How do I feel about all of this? Curious, in a word. But sadly, it is a curiousity that can never be satisfied. I am curious about what the world would be like if it were a proven fact that Jesus and Mary were married and she was his successor. What would Christianity look like? Would there have even been an Islam (I have an odd theory about the origins of THAT religion, anybody wants to hear it, PM me)? The attraction in the theory of Jesus and Mary is imagining what could have been.
As for the Templars, I haven't seen any conjecture free evidence to prove to me that they did anything but die out after the few that escaped Friday the 13th died. Until then, I'll keep an open mind and just ask "what if?" to myself.

Although an the Da Vinci Code is an intertaining read, there is so much more to learn than what is written there. They are a mysterious and wonderful legend.

Nice work guys i really like this topic. I really do wonder very much about what is true in the bible and what is not but looks like i may die wondering.I really like the history of the knights templar too and there is very much proof grin2.gif. Anyways, I always try getting my hands on more stuff about them. I recently read a book about the knights templar, i can't really remember the author but the book was called "The Templar Legacy. In it the secret of the knights templar was the bones of Jesus Christ himself and a book from one of Jesus followers saying that he understood that the afterlife is not reallyan afterlife but that it means that you are remembered threw the years, who knows maybe decades even. Anyways, in the end the author says that he made that up. Maybe my reply is not exactly on the topik but i really like this. grin2.gif grin2.gif grin2.gif

The DaVinci Code was a VERY well written book that weaves historical fact, mythology and a decent plot line all together in a very believable way. I in fact, LOVED the book and it prompted me to look further into some of the theories that were addressed in the book.
But I do believe that it what it was meant to do, make you think and look deeper. A lot of the book has been dis-proven.. Just check out any History Channel documentary on the subject (the book provoked many)

Looking into the "real" bible would be interesting, Good comment KT. For an interesting read, check out the Gnostic Writings, if you haven't already.
