Hey, I'm not 100% sure or anything, But I think I have an entity in my house.
I generally write the things that happen off as normal things, but it's starting to seem less and less normal for me.

Anyway, the main things that happen around my house are:
- Door in basement moving on its own with no wind possibly affecting it
- Hearing footsteps the floor above me at night but going up and nobody is there.
- Electricity malfunctioning, Computer screen going white, Fire alarm going off at random, Oven saying it's above 900 degrees and giving loud warning beeps
- Lights going out often
- Spots that are almost always cold no matter what the temperature around me is.

In addition to that, A number of wierd things have happened..

First, with my ex-girlfriend.. She was over at my house one night and we saw this thing about a ouija board. I didn't believe in it at the time so we decided to make a makeshift one just as kind of a joke. She asked it who is this? (I was holding the planchette thing) And it gave the Name "Sarah". Anyway we just kind of laughed and said it was probly just me trying to think it was true, and we threw it away and went out of my basement to get a drink. Then when we were in the kitchen, She started laughing hysterically, Just all of a sudden.. I hadn't even said anything to her to cause it or anything, She went on laughing like that for over a minute, I was totally confused, And she fell on the ground and stopped laughing. I helped her up and she was just as confused as me, and she said she felt drained of energy, and asked me to walk her home. It was wierd, I still have no idea what happened... But I can say I'm done with ouija boards.

Then, with another friend. One night when we were about 10 he was staying over at my house for the night and when we had gone to bed, about a half an hour later i heard him making a wierd type of noise, like a grunting.. So I went to see if he was ok and His eyes were moving all around, Like as if he was in REM sleep but his eyes were open. He did that for a couple minutes and it was freaking me out.. I couldn't get him to wake up or anything, and then it just stopped, and he was back to normal sleep, with his eyes closed again.

Lastly, this was a quick thing, which was one night when my sister was sleeping in our living room, I was going to the basement and as I was walking past her (she was sleeping), Her eyes opened and just followed me as I was walking for about 5 seconds (her facial expression, her body position, nothing changed but her eyes), then closed. She didn't recall it the next morning.

Then one morning when I was in 3rd grade.. My mom was in the hospital and I woke up to someone tapping me on the shoulder, I could feel it for sure. I just assumed it had been my dad but then I got up and nobody was in the room. So I called to see if my dad was at work and he was. I didn't say anything about how I had woken up because I assumed it was just my imagination. But then I heard a bottle of soap fall over in the bathroom. Now I thought that someone else was in the house. I heard noises like someone was walking on the floor below me and I got really scared. So I called my dad again (I had a phone near my bed), and old him about it. I asked if I should call the police and he said yes if you think someone is in the house. I did, I kept hearing noises like weight was being applied on the floorboards downstairs. So I called the police, they came.. and found nobody there. That morning there was fresh snow on the ground, and they told me there were no footprints in the snow other than their own.. So I don't know, I know I heard and felt those things.. I mean I went so far as to call the police.. But nobody was in my house.

Other than that, I've had wierd dreams about the door in my basement that will often move on its own. It's a recurring dream, and I see the name Sarah (the one the ouija board gave) Written on the door, and the door is locked.. Someone is banging on the other side of the door (our laundry room), screaming for someone to help them out because they're locked in.
But the doorknob is broken, so it does not need to be turned to open it as it is now. It will sometimes even slam shut or come all the way open, when there is absolutely no wind going through the room. Once I get new batteries for my digital camera I'll try to catch ti on a recording if I can.

The last thing that happens, Is rarely but sometimes.. My arm will start shaking uncontrollably for a long period of time while I'm in the basement. I have no diseases other than asthma.. so it's not a medical conditon. It just rapidly shakes on its own for a while, I mean I can't even do anything with it until it stops shaking. No idea why.

Anyway, If anyone has any advice or can relate to these things.. All posts are appreciated. Thanks.

Woe, if I were you and you are presently living in this house. I would try to get a history on that house, I think that someone may have been killed "Sarah." This really sucks. I hope nothing further goes on and I hope nothing worse happens.

As for your x-girlfriend laughing so strongly, I think that maybe just maybe she was possesed and this thing was laughing through her. Most possesed individuals do not remember what they did while possesed.

Yeah, I'm trying to find out where I could get history on it.. The thing is, is that this house is only about 30 years old I believe. So it shouldn't be too hard.

And the possesion thing, Well it obviously wasn't normal and she wasn't the kind of person to joke about things like that. She was easily creeped out by ghosts, etc. so she didn't find it funny when I said what happened. That is partially what led to us breaking up.. she didn't like coming to my house, because I had also shown her a picture I had taken in the basement with 2 wierd bright lines on the wall and it creeped her out. I don't still have the picture, it's on my old computer's hard drive. Again, when I get my camera fixed I'll try to get some more. I took one picture of that door that appears to have a lot of orbs, I don't know if it's dust or orbs though.. Although I tried taking other pictures of different parts of the room and got nothing.

Personally, I think you caught a good pic. Having so many orbs. And that large one is exactly what I have on on pic of myself. I didn't post that one, because I used that pic at a store on one of those image machines at Walmart and it sort of blurred the origional pic, making the pic more brighter than it was before, now it hard to see the orb.

ouija board... Ya I can almost bet you summoned some spirit. Apparently it finds itself interested in you. Most of the time these spirits are evil, example demons posing at "sarah". Maybe not demons but negative entities that have never lived. The person who knows what it is the best would be you ThinkFurther. Words of wisdom man, dont get involved with ouija boards or anything similar.

I would say dust particles.

Sounds like the spirit Sarah you came in touch with was still present and came in very closely to your ex GF's energy field for a short time. Probaly because sarah still had something more to say.

The dreams about Sarah and the door could have been thoughts from the ouija experience getting expressed in your dream. Could also have been sarah making another attempt to be heard.



I don't see any evidence of this story being evil or demon like. Just that the OP found the experienc frighting and a little disturbing.
