This is a photo I took during a trip to Seattle in 2004 and modified shortly thereafter. For those of you who've never visited, you might be surprised to find the neck of the Space Needle situated apart from the central business district (Left side). It's actually a few blocks northeast in the art and theater district. The foreground is a small rose garden and jogging path on the bank of Elliot Bay. I believe most of the panoramic shots of the downtown we see are from the vantage point of Puget Sound.
