I find things to be to coincidental/deliberate for these two parents not to consciously know what they have done to this child(and I find it sickening, personally), by it's full name and how it was dressed presented to the people of the world. The t-shirt the child wore is full of esoteric symbolism as well- the body language[mothers adoration of the father, his adoration of the union-forming the trinity] and pictures chosen have much more. Not to mention the only family shot simply the three girls.. and father. They do have a son.
