If you know the girl try and meet her somewhere and not too strongly express your feeling about her. Dont come on too strong like saying i really really really would like to be with you when groping her chest. If you dont know her try to take her out get to know her better and just be yourself dont try and be something your not.

and dont say MY LOVE FOR YOU IS LIKE DIARRHEA I JUST CANT HOLD IT IN.

Hit her with your car and drive off before she sees it was you, then visit her in the hospital and romance her with your genuine compassion and affection.
