This has been a mystery for me for about 12 years. I don't know if this is something that's energy based and if so why would it happen.

I was told when I was 14 that I had great energy surrounding me. I had a friend that told me that he wanted to feel the energy and placed his hand over mine (not touching). I had a feeling that our hands were trying to connect and then push away like a magnet. When I pulled my hand away it was painful like all the blood was rushing back into it or something was pulled out of it.

Has anyone ever felt this before?

We all have an energy field/auroa that extends out from our physical bodies. Have you ever heard of the 2 foot rule? It's well known psychologically that in order to not disturb or threaten someones personal space, where you haven't been invited in! that you keep at least 2 foot between you and them. Anyway, the sensation you felt was probaly from your energies exchanging/tuning/merging.

It a phenomena that I had never given much thought to....but after reading this post I must say that I am intrigued and intend to learn a bit more.......good post!!!

I hate to get away from the subject a little, but it does involve energy......has anyone taken a look at this Criss Angel dude? He uses energy, or claims he does, to actually levitate other people...I've seen a few of his shows, and I was just thinking...Is it possible for someone to tap into that type of energy..the things he does? Whether he does it or not, its definitely interesting to think about........

No, nothing that sticks out in my mind like this did. I've had paranormal experiences but this just felt personal.

I had a friend who's grandma claimed to be psychic and she would say things to me. She claimed to see a figure of a wolf standing behind me, she mentioned my energy and would stare at me oddly.

I know exactly how you feel. I always become very annoyed when unwanted
people get to close to me.

I'm a pretty calm person in most instances, but invading my "personal space" is something that I CANNOT stand....it almost makes me feel claustrophobic(does that make ANY sense). I've always wanted to get my "aura" read(I'm not even sure if I believe in the whole idea of an aura), but have never had the opportunity(won't get off my lazy ass and make time).....can't stand unwanted contact....but then again, who can?

In my opinion, I think that Criss Angel is a fake. He never does live shows and on his show if you look at the peoples reactions, most of the time they look like thier faking it. Its probly just me, but if hes not a fake, it would freak me out.
