if SaRuMaN is member #1 and dAz is member #4 who are members # 2 & 3?
I think I remember Saruman saying he registered them for testing and then deleted them afterwards.

I don't know, never really noticed it before, good detective work man, maybe the big guy himself will fill us in 
SaRuMaN had actually been member number 3 for quite a while before making himself number 1. He explains it in this post:
The reason there was no member no.1 is because this hasn't always been an Invision Board. On the old YaBB board the first member was a default administrator account, which was lost during the conversion of the database when we moved to Invision Board. Member number 2 managed to register on the first day the board was being tested, just before i registered as SaRuMaN.
Anyway, to prevent any further confusion from this I have taken the liberty of changing my member number to no.1, something I should have done a long time ago.
