I don't read if Jackie was shot in the right hand or right elbow or right arm, anybody know if she was shot at all ?
I can't see anything. What does a bullet like that do to a head normally?
To me, that type would go through wouldn't it ? not get stopped by brain flesh /
just thought I'd ask.
No, she was not hit whatsoever. I think we all would've known that rather quickly back on 11-22-63. She seemed uninjured when she escorted her husband's body off of Air Force one later that day.
What a bullet "like that" does to a head is precicely what you see happening, albeit on a small 8MM film with alot of detail missing...necessarily. It throws the object it strikes backwards, splits the skull at the point of impact, causing a spray of matter initially due to high intra-cranial pressure induced by a high velocity missile entering a sealed compartment, and exits the rear of the skull, a fact established by every medical witness who saw the rear of the presidents head torn open by what was assumed to be an exiting, and probably frangible high-speed missile.
Brain tissue does not stop bullets. Nor does skull bone (unless it is perhaps a 22 cal fired at a tangent...those have been known to bounce off of skull bone...but you are most certainly not looking at a 22 cal bullet here).
