who do you think would win between Anakin and Luke?(I know that it would be impossible as Anakin is now Darth Vader but still)I think that Anakin would win,hes super duper fast,he'd like,kill Luke 10 times before he even hit the ground

THe poll is rather unfair. Anakin studied for years under the Jedi Knights, in a period of history where the Jedi Knights really WERE the guardians of peace and justice.

Luke was a half-trained farmboy, given a lightsaber as an adult and told to basically go for it. Some minor tutoring from Obi-wan, then later by Yoda, but really, he had nothing.

The only reason he beat Vader was that Vader was old and mostly machine.

Isn't this question basically answered in The Return of the Jedi??

Well, I wouldn't count his only his arms and legs as being "mostly" machine. I think that it was because he never intended to kill Luke, and that the good in him was holding him back.


Truthfully, anybody could beat Luke if they tried.

Yes Annie has the advantage of years of training but if both were given equal amounts of training annie would still win i think

Whether the Anakin fans like it or not, its cannon that Luke went on after the movies to become the most powerful Jedi ever in the official books.

You can complain about Anakin not being in his prime by Return of the Jedi, but neither was look, he was still only a Padawn at that time since Yoda told him that he would only be a Jedi after he defeated Vadar.

Luke - He's much luckier... Anakin/Vader has the worst luck.

let me rephrase it,if Anakin,like,when he only had his robotic hand,and if luke had the same amount of training,who would win,its hard,but i had to pick Anakin,i should have put the details in my first post

nah im sorry but luke would win against anakin even in his prime. i mean dont get me wrong anakin was a good jedi quick and ruthless but luke let the good flow through him as anakin was a little off balance. thats why i think luke would win. and someone already said he was the most powerful jedi after return of the jedi. he trully brought balance to the force.

well, if luke won, then it'd turn out that he would never be born.

i voted for Anakin because hes had more experience better training and the tales not told, between ep. 3 and ep. 4 hes killed jedi masters and plus in ep. 3 he killed a sith lord
and hes got a kick ass helmet

Well I finally voted (everyone exhale now ) and I listened to everyone and I voted for Luke because he is the one who did win. And I like Mark Hammil better.

anikin would win because he would just force push luke off of the platform they were on. if not that, then he would rip lukes arms off

well what was stoping vader from doing that in return of the jedi? i know luke is his son and all but vader offed obi wan and he pretty much raised him so if he could do that to obi wan then i think he would have no problem killing luke
