Second of all, if God did everything for us, we would never get anything done for ourselves. Technology is greatly advancing. We can now start developing artificial arms and legs. Why would God do it for us. While were at it, why don't we just ask God to donate some money to charity, why don't we ask him to fix our cars flat tire, why.....Then again, I'm not in any position to answer that. God is so complicated, we can never fully understand him.

Back on topic. I think God helped my dad once. He really wanted to get his drivers license, and my mom prayed for God to help him, and he passed. Though it's pretty hard to say if God helped him or not

Listen up....over here...not too many pass the driving tests...not too many get their licience 1st or 2nd time round...it causes fustration and anger...and not to mention, a lot of money.....some have to re-sit their tests over and over again...so...ask yourself again...you dad passed it....was it your moms good faith that helped??? could it have been a 50/50?? meaning your moms good faith in her prayers (take a leaf out your moms book) and your dads skill??

I forgot to tell you, it was my dads third time taking that test. It was for unrestricted Class 3. Plus, he had been a truck driver for 20 previous years, sooooo...he knew alot of the answers. He couldn't pass it becuase it was in english. His english isn't that great. but he passed. Maybe it wasn't Gods work. I mean, my dad hasn't been close to God for sooooo long.

I never understood why some people always believe that god helps in a situation. Lets take a more serious issue. For example; Surgeons. A surgeon and his/her team save a man's life after he was in a deadly car accident. The work of God, or the work of human's advancement in the medical field? Lets say this accident was in the year 1916. The chances of him surviving drop down to almost nothing.

You can never be sure right? Anyway, My dads english is worse than paris hilton having sex, so that's why I think that God might of helped him out a lil bit.

i don't think god helped. I think god would be more occupied with other things than helping your dad pass his driving test. Another thing would be why would god help your dad drive a vehicle that produces pollution that damages the earths atmosphere and peoples health.
