Thats bulls***!
Me being an atheist, how could I get insurance against acts of 'God' when I believe that no 'God' exists!?!
For not believing "god" exists, it certainly inspires emotion at the mere suggestion.
Acts of god are, by definition in the insurance industry, considered "acts of nature". So if one is pagan natures god did it. If one is Atheist, they should be strong enough in their faith to get past the word "god" since it means nothing to them in the first place, and blame it on the wind, or earths quake, etc.... Those acts of nature, as it were.
(Link) (If one really wanted to make a statement, as an atheist, they could always
refuse the insurance payment for any damage incurred as an "act of god". Just so they could walk their talk in protesting the term, by refusing the money that accompanies the word. That would send the Insurance industry a message, no?
