Okay theres a song my father and I have been listening for ages. The problem is the song is really old and we only have it on a cassette so its hard to make out the words, especially the chorus. I was hoping somebody out there can help me out. These are some of the words in the song:
"Children of the water, father is the ocean"
"and the music played and the rhythms in the air started to spin"
These are the words I know for sure.. the chorus is the hard part to guess. So far we've come up with "Tequilla tequilla" and "Red Rhythm" but both are wrong. If you guys need more words I can play it a few more times and see what else I can come up with.

I believe it is a pop song from the 80s. It came out around the same time as Hazard by Richard Marx. Also, in the song I believe there are two people. One does the words and one does the chorus.

I think there was a John Denver song that had a lyric in it about children in the water. I dont remember the song being pop though. I think the denver song was called I want to live or something along those lines.

LinkNever heard of the song though. Don't mean to be a spammer.

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q...s.com&meta=Click that, and replace the z's with lyrics, and it'll search the whole site for songs with those lyrics in it.

I did a search for some of the ones which you posted but couldn't find anything. I remember a song from Elton John had lyrics which sounded quite similar but I never knew the name of it.
