Definitely the Silver Surfer. If he wanted to, he could change Superman into a Superman-shaped peanut butter sculpture. What can Superman do? Superheat the peanut-butter with his eyes?

Superman. We have no idea how strong he truly is. He could be holding back because he's scared to let loose his true strength. Plus his body is super dense. Can the Silver Surfer break him down before Superman can land a Flash-speed, Hulk-sized fist to the Silver Surfer's noggin?

I'ma go with Superman. He's Superman.

And I know Silver Surfer is some kinda cult hero, but I don't care, I vote Superman.

I didn't want to. Just going on what I know of them. Just wanted to be like an old school comic book fan, basing my choice on what I've have seen myself. I do believe the Silver Surfer would wax the big 'S' across the cosmos. But Superman is the ultimate super hero in DC. So I can't just sweep aside Superman. If it were Green Lantern vs Silver Surfer, Silver Surfer plasters him across the Universe.

The sad thing is, you never really get to see how powerful the Heralds of Galactus really are. I've seen the Silver Surfer beaten by the Hulk. I've seen Wolverin stab him. Marvel comics just confuse me with the power of their characters. The Surfer is godlike, and can shatter planets. Yet we hardly ever see it. I've seen the Surfer go down after being kicked by a female Kree.

Before I continue rambling, I was just basing my choice on what I've seen when I read comics. Been a long time. So I don't know if these guys got a power-up or not.

I got it. It'll be a copout like Superman vs Doomsday. They'll punch each other with one final mega punch, and die at the same time.

You have a point, Silver Surfer does sound godlike but have been beaten by other powers, maybe he is like Superman holding back.

Here I was giving Superman credit for holding back, I totally forgot that Norrin Radd is an easy going guy himself. What, with the "no killing, because all life is sacred" motto he's got.
