Last night for the first time I was able to conciously be aware of the enviroment I had when I was dreaming, and be aware of myself. When I thought of flying, I flew. When I thought of jumping, I jumped soo high. I was able to pass through walls with practice. I was In my own house, Everything was perfectly clear. I levitated up through the roof, My neighborhood was in perfect shape, Everything I remembered that was in the physical world, From the grass to the palm trees.
I remember the vibrations felt right before I started having this experience. There was so much vibration going on, And all I could here was a constant "ooooooooooooo" sound. I im 65% positive it was an OBE but here is the other part.
During my experince, I tried to go inside one of the neighbor's house. I have never been in the house before in my whole life. I jumped in through the window, and all there was was a black floor with 2 windows in a giant room. I expected something a little more modern, But I assume that since I have never seen what the inside of the house looked like, My conciousness had no idea of what would be there.
Does this sound like an OBE or a Lucid dream?

Since Lucid dreaming is the only one that is actually proven to be real and can be practised, I'm going with that option. Also because of you going into your neighbours house and seeing nothing "real". If it happens again, you should go into their house again and imagine it will look like a big pink furry cave or whatever. If it does look like that, then it is because you made it, and it will be lucid dreaming.

Actually they have proven OBE's, they put little symbols on top of lights in operating theaters and people who report OBE's during surgery can often identify the symbols.
@Epter: That was a lucid dream. OBE's can be verified as real locations.
in a lucid dream, you pretty much have control over everything - you can change things as you see fit.
I'm a lucid dreamer BTW, I'm aware of the fact that I'm dreaming 90% of the time.

Yeah it sounds like a lucid dream but I guess its hard to tell when you lucid dream places that are real locations. Like if you dream your in your room etc. I've only had one decent OBE and maybe some others which were alittle different but all the rest have been lucid dreams. But my main OBE though felt more real but it was like the colours wernt as bright as in dreams. I could fly better too(seemed naturally lighter)although I couldnt control myself as well. Im positive it was a OBE because I was lucidly dreaming first and I basically used the lucid dream to have my first OBE and I really saw and felt the difference within the one 'dream', so it was pretty cool to see the change over. So yeah.. I look at OBE's as just having more of a real time feeling with alot less colour.

That sounds like an easy way for OBE's. Ill try that tonight.

I think it was a lucid dream. OBE only happens at "real" locations
