There's probably an easier way, but one way to remove them is to click the search box once so that a pull-down containing all past searches comes up. Move the mouse to highlight the search term at the top of the list, then hold down the delete key to delete them all.

Personally I find past search term information quite handy. thumbsup.gif

To adjust AutoComplete settings

You can configure AutoComplete to save and suggest only the information you want. You can choose whether to use AutoComplete for Web addresses, forms, and passwords, or not use it all. You can also clear the history for any of these.

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

Click the Content tab.

Under Personal information, click AutoComplete.

Select the check boxes for the AutoComplete options you want to use.

Thats for IE 6 anyway...

^You can do what SkepticDood said to delete the information that has been saved already, and also untick the boxes to prevent it saving that information in the future. thumbsup.gif
