Whenever I play ANY kind of movie file, using ANY application, the movie plays but I can only see the top left hand corner of the movie. The picture is zoomed in so that it will only show the top left. It is happening with all movie files, whether streaming or not, and in all applications be it a game or a media player.

I have all the latest drivers installed.

My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 5200, and i am running DX9.

what have i done? I have tried to check that everything is running on a default setup, but it doesn't make a difference.

well do a SYSTEM RESTORE...

Make sure u select the date that u didn't face this type of problem..

doing system restore u won't lose anything but it solves few problems...

try it..might work..

Start>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore...

What kinda media player do you have ??
