I'm just curious i think it's quite possible these people on here who want to be able to have, these abilities so bad that they try these little Macro PK tests so hard that they make themselves believe they have done something spectacular!
But in the end i think that there minds have just become a little delusional to give them the effects they want to see from trying so hard and for so long!

That's an interesting opinion and one which raises a very good question...
How do we know that what we experience is real?

Of course I disagree with your opinion, and you can lump me in with the "people on here who want to be able to have these abilities so bad that they try these little Macro PK tests so hard that they make themselves believe they have done something spectacular"

... But I disagree only due to personal experience. I believe what i experience is real as does everyone else.

Now here's my case. I don't want grand telekinetic powers.
I'm just the kind of person who likes trying strange things to see if they work. I've tried making the healing orgone device from the specs I got off the net, and got something that made everyone nearby nauseous. I've found that the lemon powered lightbulb could require anything from 8 to 16 lemons(not just 1 like the book says). I've experimented with a seances and have not talked to a single ghost yet. I've done all sorts of things that you can easily write off as utter balderdash because we are on the internet and you can't prove much in digital format these days.

So, basically, it's fine to speculate that me and a whole bunch of others are quite delusional or a bunch of liars but no one has any proof either way. It boils down to what we believe and how we interpret what we experience.

Kibbles, I would be interested to know about the things you have experimented with that provided results.

Real is only what an idividual will make of it.

"WOW" and here i thought that people were only making these devices to protect thereselves from chemtrails!
But you on the other hand are just curious to see how things work!

"Interesting"

On occasion yes, but not too often IMO.

Let's see...

Things that had results:

The Orgone Healing Device
(Results were the exact opposite of expected. The device seemed to nauseate people when pointed at their foreheads. Few of the test subjects were told about the device. Some were sleeping. There were skeptics among those who were told about the device. All experienced diziness, nausea, and a feeling of weakness after a minute or two.

Psi wheel
It moved at least. The room had airconditioning off, doors/windows closed, and I was about 5 feet from the thing with cloth over my nose and mouth

Microtelekinesis using dice
Statistically, it appears to have some effect.
Attempted to roll 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 with 6 dice and got higher results than the control results.

Chi based martial arts systems (Qigong, Tai Chi, Etc.)
Results match theory. Had help from friend's Kung Fu/Tai Chi Instructor

Self transformation spell
Results were painful and involountary muscle spasms for an hour or more.
No actual transformation took place.
No other readily available explanation aside from temporary spontaneous epilepsy.

Local healing using system similar to acupuncture
I wasn't the healer here and my brother was the test subject. The healer detected physical discomforts without anyone informing him. Results similar to medical doctors evaluation and the treatment seemed effective

Curing a friends headache by force of will
The result was that the friends hair stood up and wouldn't go down for a few hours

Things that didn't work out:

Astral projection
I consistently experienced irrational feeling of panic before anything happened. Quit trying after 3 days.

Seance
Complete no go. Nothing at all happened. Made out with companion instead.

Teleportation spell
Well. Nothing happened at all either.

Get rich quick spell
Well, I got richer a bit but that was probably more due to my finishing school and getting a job.

Voodoo Doll
I suppose i had no idea what I was supposed to be doing anyway

Somewhat Dubious things that seemed to work:

Calling Lightning (Ritual I found in some crummy old book in school library)
Possibly coincidental but the frequency of lightning appeared to increase and my friend's car was hit by lightning while he was driving.
Indistinguishable from coincidence.

Pranic Healing
Seems to work but possibly a placebo effect. No means of testing it.

Hiding in plain sight
Using ninja techniques mentioned in a dubious "ninja" book
People started bumping me and a slow moving car didn't stop until it hit me. Possibly coincidence.

Unrelated to the supernatural:

Vending machine lottery
Sometimes if you put several orders in quick succession and then mess with the buttons you get more softdrinks than you paid for. Sometimes it eats the coins.

Partially dislocating shoulder joint without hurting myself
Got me out of PE class for a day.

Puppy intelligence training
The dog grew smart enough to learn how to turn off an AVR to shut down its owners computer. Owner was quite upset.

Why do you say that I'mOne is pathetic?

Oh, and incidentally, my general motivation for these things is something between curiosity and self amusement to stave off boredome.

So would I but there's little chance of that ever happening in my country, the Randi challenge is considered a joke by many (some scientists and lawyers included), and I really dont want to bother being some sort of guinea pig for science because of some things I'm sure other folks could do anyway if they really bothered to.

My testing was designed to prove things to myself and to a few friends in the area. Not to some guy half way around the world. If you don't believe me, then that's really no big deal.

Actually, why don't you look for a bunch of believers in the local area and try to hang around with them for a few weeks. Pretend you believe in whatever crap they're into. Try not to buy anything expensive and avoid the obviously whacky ones. Then see things for yourself. If all you find is balderdash, then it's all balderdash. Don't take my word for it.

Thanks for putting all that out there. On a couple occasion I have witnessed dice conforming to the will for several rolls. Once it was six dice about five times in a row. Obviously not conclusive. Kinda spooky when it happened though.

The self transformation spell sounds unpleasent. What was supposed to happen?

I have had a few results from attempting healing. The time between cause and effect seems very short for coincidence.
