Since 1800's thare have been numerous sightings of ghosts in room number 50, in Berkeley Square, a hotel in London. The ghosts are blamed for the death of many people. Some people think it's a cryptid and not a ghost, maybe a giant slug cause it has tentacles. But I think it's a ghost, once a man shoot at it and nothing happened, so what do yoy think?

Since the report of it I read involved two sailors on shore leave, I don't give it much credence. Interesting idea, but with highly unreliable witnesses.

Yeah I know the story about the sailors, but many years before their deaths a man went to pass a night in that room cause he didn't fear ghosts, the receptionist gave him a pistol and told him if he see anything weird he must press a bell that was in the room. Few hours later the recipcionist heard the bell eing pressed several times and a gunshot being fired, he went to the haunted room and found the man dead holding his pistol and bullet in the ground.

Here's a good link to the Berkeley Square hauntings. The affair is not just to be dismissed because two sailors tried to spend a night there. I've read stories of this place. There are several threads on this forum about it.
As to the truth of the matter, many of the stories I've read involved drunks, so
I'm inclined to take them with a grain of salt.

You discussing the drunks as being ill-witness to a paranormal activity reminds me of this site. (Just to let you know its a parody site)
