Sooo, I have a thought. I've seen many congratulations and birthday threads lately. Too many for ol' Snuffs to keep up with, anyhow. So I figure, we'll just have a blanket congratulations thread. This way I can say thankya to everyone who's reached a milestone, and I don't have to feel guilty for missing some threads.
