Yeah yeah food, breathing, bio problems, not well documented, misidentified manatees... still.... for me it's a "why not?" so for me they exsist.

But I don't live near the ocean, and I don't like fish... so it's not something I think about alot...

The whole point of this was that this kid claims he saw something as fantastical as a mermaid, but jumps down the throat of other people who claim to have seen some just as fantastical.
