He was killed by Eldon Hoke, or "El Duce". But Hoke is dead now, so it doesn't matter.
is that spanish for Courtney Love....... 
Love may have had a hand in it. But it was most certainly not her idea or direct doing.

Kurt did not kill himself, there's a lot of evidence that says it was a staged murder. There's a lot of info on it as well as a petition to get the case reopened here: Kurt Cobain's murder theory

The info points to staged murder, he wasn't suicidal or anything, and people who anger Courtney have had a history of winding up dead out of nowhere.

To be serious, I really don't know where I stand on this. Half of me believes he did it himself and the other half thinks either Love or somebody else did it.

He wasn't killed by El Deuce. El Deuce was asked to kill him by Courtney Love, he refused for some reason. A short time later El Deuce was killed.. I don't think we will ever know who killed him, but someone did. Courtney I believe had very direct dealings in his murder though she did not acutally commit the crime. She was mad cus Kurt wanted a divorce. I have read a lot on the subject and can only conclude that she most definately had a lot to do with it. She is one crazy messed up woman, thats for sure.

Thanks for posting those links, it saved me from having to do so. I totally agree with what you say and have read the same material and signed the petition ages ago. It seems absurd to me that the case has not been reopened as of yet. Because the evidence that has been uncovered is overwhelming. I hope someday there is indeed justice for Kurt.
I think Kurt did it himself. There are always conspiracy theories when someone famous dies, and this is no exception. Then again, I haven't really read much on the subject, so who knows.

You're welcome. I agree, it is very absurd that the case has not been reopened yet even with all that evidence. It also makes me wonder if someone (Courtney) is stopping the case from being reopened even though there is a lot of evidence that says it should be reopened.

Yes. That's what's said. Hoke was told by Courtney to do it, and says he didn't and was going to name drop the actual killer. But I am pretty sure El Deuce did do it and that his story was a cover up sort of thing.
I miss Kurt.......That being said, I do not believe Kurt Cobain killed himself. I believe that because of all the drugs he took in his life, a dimensional warp of sorts was created in his mind, and when the gun was fired, the bullet went through this warp. The bullet went back in time and traveled the land, ultimately winding up planted in John Lennon.
Paul McCartney, the inter-dimensional bounty hunter he is, made it his personal duty to find whoever TRULY killed John Lennon. He traversed the realms of time and space, finding that the source of the shot was Kurt Cobain. He did everything in his power to get revenge, and ultimately shot Cobain. This shot was sent back through time in the demensional warp. Thus, Paul McCartney killed both Kurt Cobain AND friend John Lennon. For is it not the ones we love that we wind up hurting in the end?

A. Blood tests have confirmed that kurt had enough heroine in him to die from o.d. at this point he wouldn't even be able to lift his arm.
B. Since he had so much heroine in his system he would not be able to shoot himself.
C. No, it would not be possible for him to shoot himself, and then shoot up... hehe pun intended.
D. The door was blocked from the outside
E. Kurt was actually planning to leave Seattle
F. THe gun's license was actually really old.

I was told he killed himself. So I believe that. But I don't know why he would actually kill himself when he made a lot of great music.

I'm being nice when I say this. To tell you the truth, you really should not say that because Kurt Cobain was an idol to a lot of people and a lot of people took it very hard when he died. I know this because he was my idol as well, and I took it very hard when he died and I do not take it lightly when I see something like what you have said. Now I am being friendly and everything, but in all due respect, I don't think that was a very wise thing to say because it will upset some people if they happen to read it, you are entitled to your opinion, but I think you probably shouldn't have said it. I'm saying all of this in a nice way, but there are people who would take it the same way I did and would most likely not have been so nice about confronting you about it, that is why I am letting you know this in a friendly way. Just be more careful when talking about something like that because you never know who's gonna read it and how they're going to take it, but you are entitled to your opinions as is everyone else.

The evidence towards Courtney having something to do with the death of Kurt is staggering. I have followed this case for years and I have no doubt in my mind as to what happened to Kurt. One link for your perusal, should anyone have doubts is below.

She gained her fame through Kurt, She gained the rights to the band Nirvana and their music apon his death (Kurt intended for his will to be changed), She later sold 27% (Estimate) of the rights... She was never Divorced (Also an un-realised intention) and she still profits from Nirvana record Sales today... hence the influx of previously unreleased B-sides and demo collections, which may never have been intended to be released.

Keira, I suggest you go back to the first page or two of this thread and look for the attached links. Read them and then see if you are still of the same opinion.
Yes, he was a heroin addict, but there is so much more surrounding his death than just the drugs.
I do agree though, that drugs are a very bad thing!

After all the time that I spent learning to play the guitar and do it consistantly, this little dweeb came out of Seattle and got rich by never hitting the same note twice! How clever. Yes, your honour, I killed him. Not only that, but I'd kill him again for all the parents who wasted thier money on guitar lessons just in time to see this tragedy walk onto the stage, having never even learned to tune his own instrument! I'd do it, and they call me mad, mad, MAD!!!

People say that Kurt wasn't sucidal, but what about those journals he kept? I've seen copies of them and theres some pretty disturbing stuff in them and there was definitely something going on in his head....

actually lord umbarger kurt knew how to tune his guitar, and was actually really good at it. you haven't really heard kurt cobain play guitar until you've been to a live show... which no longer can be done.

I beg to differ, it seems more evidence points towards the facts that say it was pretty much impossible for him to have done it himself. Please take some time to read the links that are posted in earlier parts of this thread. After reading the links, see if you still feel the same.

Although Kurt Cobain was a musical genius, he was deeply disturbed and suffered from depression. Add to that a drug habit and a whole lot of Courtney, how would not want to get away from that.

I agree with you, but I still think Courtney acted pretty darn fishy around the time it happened...that and the fact that the handwriting really didn't match his as much as it did hers.

And that terrifies me to the point to where I can barely function. I can't stand the thought of Frances becoming the miserable, self-destructive, death rocker that I've become.
I have it good, very good, and I'm grateful, but since the age of seven, I've become hateful towards all humans in general. Only because it seems so easy for people to get along that have empathy. Only because I love and feel sorry for people too much, I guess.
Thank you all from the pit of my burning, nauseous stomach for your letters and concern during the past years. I'm too much of an erratic, moody baby! I don't have the passion anymore, and so remember, it's better to burn out than to fade away.
