i was thinking about this, i doubt that its true, but it would be cool if it was. What if when we died, instead of going to heaven or hell, or being in a hole in the ground or whatever anyone else thinks, we became gods like we were given a whole universe to govern over, make life on, choose to walk among our creations or for them to just have faith in us, create miracles, choose to be a loving god or evil vengeful god, etc. you know do all the god like stuff we all wish we could. that would be so cool.

Why not just make it a simple question by asking: what if we were God?

I don't know what I'd do with that responsibility, how about you?

what i would do? oh god, i would live on the planet with the things i created, i wouldnt hide up in the sky like the christian god does, i would make myself known so that no one could say i didnt exist. i would probably be a nice god.....most of the time.

A deity would have a big responsibility don't you think? If we are just humans, we can't really amount to that type of authority, so to be honest, even if I was God, I'm not sure what I'd do with such power, I didn't start off in that place to begin with so I wouldn't know what to do, my view as I see it.

I don't think deities HAVE to care, they don't HAVE to do anyhting, I would just leave my people to their own devices (think ant farm), not because I love them, as some religions seem to claim has happened (free-will AND a loving god, bull) but rather because I am apathetic.

I'm not going to lie i would abuse my powers as a univerasal omnipotent being any why? Because I can and hey what are they going to do about it. knock a planet out of orbit here and there, maybe destroy a star and take an omnipotent crap in the black hole which i like to call the God toilet.
