In the time's before what we call known history appeared, we can only guess and conjecture as to what that unknown history was. We can't trust history written by ourselves{humanity} it is to convulated by religious belief systems that have destroyed all records of those times and rewritten them.
This topic is about a fictional subject that is written from the mind of a human and with a human perspective. Which is what this short story is about. Enjoy!
Eden.
Wake! Adam my son! Adam stirred and opened his eye's, he looked around himself and saw many giant tree's and grass's covering the ground he lay upon. He looked down upon himself and gave a great cry! and leaped upon his feet. Adam was feeling horror! "Who are you and where is my own body! this is a giant and myself and all my people are small!"
The voice said, you were not supposed to remember that Adam! in a scolding tone. In a great anger, Adam roared; My name is not Adam! it is Rakii! Actually, it is something else, but your memory of Rakii will do for our purpose's, said the voice.
Where is this place, where are my people! and who are you! Roared Rakii. You know who we are Rakii, you even know some of why your here, the voice replied. Rakii/Adam closed his eye's and took a breath, he remembered his people and their laughter together. Tears started to roll down his cheek's, as he remembered his people's destruction.
Yes, you remember now, don't you Rakii? the voice asked. Opening his eye's, he began to say something and then the memory of some one before, came through and he almost remembered his true name. He remembered his real people though! You thing's! i told you before Empty one's, my answer is no!
Fortunately for us, we don't listen to you! we never have. You can do nothing to stop us, the voice said in a pleased tone. You vile empty alien thing's! yelled Rakii. What have you done to me? how? You already know the answers to those Rakii, said the voice. We just want you to relearn them our way{chuckles} Rakii spoke out; You empty thing's have destroyed my people and you continue to destroy me, why?
We have not destroyed your people, no time is passing there and you will get it all back, when we are done with you, said the voice. Your memory's of Rakii however, are correct.
We destroyed his people along with him, you will consider yourself to be what we have named you and that is Adam. I will not! began Rakii. You have no choice, you never have!
said the voice. The real you will not be changed by any of this! and when you are finally home among your people, you will have no memory of this, for we will have left your mind.
Rakii fell to his knee's and he started weeping, at least we've allowed you to retain the ability to cry, said the voice. You've been in other places we would'nt let you and it drove you insane! among other thing's{another chuckle} Rakii spoke through his tears; You have been doing this to me for so long now, if you are going to give back all you have taken from me and leave, why then, are you still doing this! I've told you, i am huma! and i want none of your emptyness!
We know that! the voice replied, angry now. Before we are done with you, you will remember your hate of us and we will use it to achieve what we wish. Within this scenario line, you will be the highest and the lowest, in every mind state imaginable, to the people's who we construct to be with you in it. Speaking of which, said the voice, we have changed a bit of what that is Huma!
Behold! and see what we have done in this scenario! said the voice in a loud triumpant manner. Out from behind a tree, walked a creature Rakii had never seen before. It had lumps on it's upper torso and where an huma's private's were{male} there was instead a smooth patch of skin. Other then those two difference's and the giant size of it, it looked like an huma!
Rakii raised his head and shouted; Your vileness knows no ends empty one's! you would prevert the image of my kind and divide it! I am sick of your mutants! I will destroy this scenario and all it's line's, as i have done before to others, have you empty thing's not learned yet! The Empty one's gave a long low laugh and a throaty chuckle, Adam, you know you are all that is real here and those places were not real, as this one is not. We will leave some of your memory's for a short time, as you get to know the creature. We call it a female and what you once knew as huma, male, with some change's you will not like. This one is a girl and young, you will respect her. Together you will be known as human.
Like all the human variations of your people, they have the ability's to both strenghten and weaken what we will now call humanity. Feeling great rage ?/Rakii/Adam roared; I will destroy your creature now! as i have destroyed all such perversions of my kind! he threw a bolt of pure energy at the creature to incinerate it. A shield protected her and the Empty one's said; Burn some of the tree's Adam, we will not allow you to harm her. In great rage ?/Rakii/Adam incinerated the forest around him.
As you progress in our little scenario, you will find yourself able to do less of that, until finally, in the end of this scenario's cycle, you will have no power at all! {a loud nasty chuckle} you will also find out about growing and ageing, death you already know of. It will begin with you and Eve, Adam. You will know pain and loss in a way we have not been able to do to you, in the other scenario's, you will be helpless here and each life we cycle you through here, along with the construct's, will bring you closer to the end of it. We cannot take your body, mind or power away for real, but we can make you think we can.
Enjoy your new prison, they will call it many names, but in their endtime's they will call it, Earth. Enough questions, we will speak again.
Alone now ?/Rakii/Adam cried harder with loss and grief, how long a span, he does not remember. A hand, warm and smooth, touched his back. Startled, ?/Rakii/Adam jumped up and ran a little distance away and shouted at the girl; I may not be able to destroy you, thing known as female, but i will not allow you to touch me either!
Calm down, Eve spoke in a high soft voice, much as ?/Rakii/Adam used to. His voice was still sweet, just lower then it used to be{they were young teenagers} Why do you hate me so? Eve asked reasonably. Do you not think i may be from somewhere else as well? I have never been what your empty one's call this form, they called it female, it does'nt feel so bad for me, i am used to what you and those empty one's called scenario's, this is pleasant for me. If i don't touch you, may i sit next to you?
I could never accept a non human form in their scenario's, i would alway's end the construct's life said ?/Rakii/Adam. They said you are real, i think i could understand how you may feel. Not being real, does'nt mean i can't think and feel you know and this prison as they termed it, is as real as it's going to be for awhile, for both of us. I can help you with the shock of growing and ageing, i am familier with those process's Adam.
?/Rakii/Adam started a little and Eve said; You may as well accept the name, you will alway's know who you really are, even when they make you forget, they can never wipe your memory's. You heard? Adam asked. Yes Adam, i did, Eve said. Well, i alway's seem to remember at some point or other and i have caused great destruction of other constructed place's and their people's Adam responded. I will never feel sorry for doing so, the empty one's have constucted some pretty vile alien stuff in a lot of them. I am so tired of them playing with me, they say they will go away, but they are alway's there watching me and i never get to go home, Adam hung his head and a tear slid down his cheek.
His aloneness grew strong, Adam looked at Eve and said; I will go home and i will have my body and full power back and i will be with my people and all this will go away like the nightmare it is. Adam slid his arm around Eve's shoulders and drew her close to him. She lay her head on his shoulder and said to Adam, We must get used to this Adam, we are at least a version of human yes? At least you are the male that you and the rest of your huma are. It is not easy, i only said used to it, before to you. This feels nice for me though.
Several years later, ?/Rakii/Adams memory's had been reduced to just Adam and he and Eve had children to raise and a love borne of friendship and the very things that make humanity human. However chopped up what those thing's are made to be, by design today.
In ending my short story, i hope people who can think the story through and have enjoyed it, or not. Can at least see the different elements that impact us in our own reality. This story was not wrote to offend anyone, it's fiction and a different aspect that some can explore. I won't digress to much more, except to say thank you for reading it. Caana
