Yes, there's actually an entire video of the accident, you can find it on some of the more popular video sites like google, yourtube, etc. It will take some time though, every one has a different 'title' for the video. Its been around a couple years.
* - Just noticed the second question, lady in the car ran a red light, hitting another lady in the cross walk.

If this picture is real, Then where's the person head, legs, and arms? That what's getting me.

Well I do see the legs, arms, head, etc., but it would be rather difficult to explain on here.

If anyone does find the video, please let me know.
Thanks!

Ahhh..........I see what you're saying now, didn't really pay that much attention to the 'still' because it was so familiar. She was caught a glancing blow from the passenger side bumper, she happened to be wearing a white jacket and black skirt, the position of her body makes the head and legs hard to distinguish, but you can make out her arms.

There usually isn't any sort of text accompanying the video, so there's no way to know how she fared after the accident. The car doesn't seem to be traveling that fast in the video, and again it was a glancing blow, not a head on impact. Either way, the injuries wouldn't have been minor.

Not to sound as a skeptic, but I do not see the proper shadows that should accomodate this footage- it seems to be delayed a bit, also if you watch the driver does not flinch- HONESTLY if you hit something or even hear a thump, your natural reaction is to at the VERY least- Jump, or turn your head. the by standers look like they have prematurely jumped- so if someone wasn't expecting this- why would they be so quick to jump?
Now on the scientific area of this persons injuries-
It appears that the victim unfortunately experienced Blunt force trauma to the Parietal and possibly the Frontal Bones of the skull, the injury to the Parietal alone would be traumatic since the victim seems to have been hit by the 'A' post of the drivers vehicle. the 'A' and 'B' posts are actually stonger than a bumper or fender of a vehicle- it is designed to act as a Roll bar so to speak and any blunt and direct hit from this area from even 5 miles an hour can leave a person with severe injuries.
To Find out if it is indeed a real pic- try to find out on Snopes.com

Magikman is right, I've seen the video too, though it wasn't online but Real TV or another show like it.

It isn't actually a 'picture' per say, its a still capture from a streaming video, so snoops wouldn't necessarily be helpful. And in answer to Sweetpumper, it could have originally been aired on TV, obviously copies made their way to the internet, If I remember correctly, I first saw it at www.wimp.com almost 2 years ago, several more times since then on other websites.
To Miz_Liberty, the old lady behind the wheel never does show any reaction in the video either, that's how completely unaware/inattentive she is to her surroundings.

This can't be real. The driver doesn't even seem fazed by the whole situation, they look like any other driver just driving along minding their own business. They look so calm, not like someone who ran another person over! It was all probably photoshopped in or something. I doubt that ever actually happened. I doubt there's even a video.

I've seen the video before as well; it is just a red light camera that is supposed to be able to ticket the idiots that run red lights. Unfortunately in this case the lady ran it so late that there were already people in the crosswalk.
I'd like to see the video. Wouldn't it be convenient if it wasn't around anymore

I don't know if you noticed but there are three sixes linked to the photo. Look at the time and date. I don't know if there is any significance in what is happening in the photo, but the fact that the three sixes show up in the time/date bar does make you wonder.

If you look at the passenger in the car in front of the two people walking, it looks like she's laughing. just my little observation, but it almost looks like a dummy being thrown at the car.

I tried blowing it up with Photoshop and looking at the edges-- I couldn't see any obvious cropping, but there was a lot of distortion due to the video streaming, so I couldn't tell for sure.
Please Explain

I dont know, I remember in chemistry class once our teacher said something like if you have enough force hitting you, your shoes will literelly (sp?) stay on the ground and your body will go with the object. I don't know if it's true or not, but just a thought.

A week ago an elderly lady spaced out, swerved out of her lane, swerved across the turning land and drove headlong into my car at 50 mph. I was fine but my car was totalled. The woman was in her mid-80's and on some sort of medication. There ought to be more frequent testing for elderly drivers.
I think the picture's possibly real. The shadows look pretty good to me. Maybe it's easier for me to believe 'cause I just had a bad experience with a spaced out driver myself.
At first I thought it was a dummy being pushed out the passenger window, but the head is in front of the window (which would be hard to do without someone in the passenger seat holding the dummy)

It looks like a typical hit and run. Perhaps it was caught on a traffic light camera which would be limited to it's capabilities. Since such cameras are meant to take shots and videos of people running red lights then the camera and it's equipment would not have super sophisticated lenses and other such things.

Even if it is real its just a car crash, nothing unexplained, but very tragic. And if its a fake then its in poor taste.

I TOTALLY agree. (Having this fight with my elderly father right now.)
I've seen the video before. If anyone has witnessed some elderly drivers, I don't see why they would doubt the authenticity of this picture.
