I cant seem to get Live Chat to load. It shouldnt be a java problem, my java is up to date and works fine when I need to use it for anything else. The java applet for the live chat just keeps loading though, never finishes for some reason.

First suggestion would be to try a different browser and see if it works on that, Firefox for example if you are using IE or vice versa. If one works and not the other then it's a browser problem.

If neither work, i'm not sure what to suggest. Check that you don't have a firewall blocking Java applets or something similar.

Thats what I did first, I used Opera and IE, neither worked, and my firewall is turned off so im not sure whats going on.
