k, when i saw this i was kinda interested to see wat part2 was like because id already seen part1. but this isnt alot better really. theres a narrator in it however, and u get some more info, like about EBE1. but ull also probably chuckle a bit at some of there 're-encatments' like i did.
worth a look if ur bored or havent seen it before though
oh, and im pretty sure the black guy is from x-files. lol

The EBE 2 stuff on the video comes from " Falcon" , that's Richard Doty.

Richard Doty has recently been involved with a continuation of this story , called Project Serpo.

On these Ufo area 51- The Alien Interview segments did anyone notice victors hands?

On number 03 you can see them, his left one looks like its webbed and his right looks very strange also.

On the video 03 its in the area 03:43 and 06:09.
On the 04 video in area 05:13

Possibly burn scars?

Seems to me that if he didnt want to be identified then he wouldnt show his hands.

Watch out for Richard Doty, though. He's former Air Force counterintelligence and has put out lies to cover up for the government in the past. He helped orchestrate the headjob, psych targeting of Paul Bennewicz, who was targeted because he was onto too much. So Doty's Serpo info is suspect right from the start. Now that he's a state cop of some sort, instead, he says he's trying to tell truths. But old intel hacks always remain in touch with their old masters. I was looking closely at the frames you mentioned and i can say that he is wearing some sort of gloves with stitching on the side.Look at it carefully and you will see he does wear gloves.
