The technique of using Pulsars to Detect Black Hole Binaries in Globular Clusters results in detecting gravitational radiation based advanced extraterrestrial communication channels
India Daily Technology Team
Jul. 9, 2006

Black holes can be detected from the effect of their gravitational radiation on the known millisecond pulsars in a globular cluster.

In recent days, scientists have used this technique to detect many black holes in the whole cosmos.

An interesting thing has happened in some studies over the past year.

The gravitational radiation study has produced some indirect proof of the presence of intelligent very advanced extraterrestrial alien civilization in those clusters.

Scientists performed a more careful Monte Carlo simulation by specially modeling various waveforms and determining their detectability when added to simulated pulsar data. While doing this the computer models showed clear signs of gravitation wave manipulation that can be interpreted as communication signals from advanced intelligent civilizations in those globular cluster.

The computer algorithms are analyzing the patterns of gravitational radiation. The problem is in extrapolating radiation effect when the Pulsar lighthouse effect is not there.

Hi, Prophecy Guru

I am no expert, but it seems to me that no lensing effect from a black hole has been outright declared by any observatory. Lensing refers to a curved path taken by light in the presence of a sufficiently strong gravitational field.

By the same token, few black hole events have been recorded, or at least relatively few.
Enough evidence exists to have confidence in their presence in the universe. Much of what we do have on record is inferred from physics- active galactic nuclei, for instance.

But, my last point is that I don't ever remember hearing about any odd pulsars, that showed effects from nearby, or in-the-line-of-sight black holes. Either these guys are running giant "interferometers"- multi-telescope observations (who pays for that?),
or else making this up.

I doubt any astronomer who values his education, would turn against the scientific method, and start fabricating results. Instant end to career!

But, these so-called ufos would have us believe that physics is capable of a simple and elegant way in which to manipulate the fabric of space. No need for a planetary mass, no need for a black hole. To turn space inside out, all they need is a small device.

I bet you if someone on the Space Station reached out and put two lead balls in space, they would be drawn together just by their own gravity. It is subtle, and seems to even affect small objects.

So what is stopping someone from manipulating this weak force?

The other day, I pm'd someone here about a video once linked to, on this site. I asked their opinion, but obviously they don't reply to just anyone. And, I guess that means me.

But anyway Proph, you certainly remember the old Pascagoula incident. The older fellow gave an interview before he died. The younger guy, Parker, made a video recalling his experiences. He stated he had a follow up encounter, a CE-1.

It is quite shocking, if true. I heard one opinion that it is likely a for-profit fabrication, by Parker. I would personally be disheartened, because I placed some stock in that event.
I had a sighting in the southern U.S., and it was on the verge of something similar.

Anyway, there you had two human-shaped robots (according to Parker), who floated to and from the craft. That would mean they had devices inside them that allowed them to float. That is conceivable.

Well, apparently all the big guns around here see fit to ignore me. That's o.k.

I've already been there, done that anyway. And, my opinions are pretty firm.

But one thing strikes me. The boys want their toys- RADAR, missile attacks, admirals
acting interested, talk of war in outer space...

But, everyone ignores poor old Calvin Parker. Someone who may be one of the last persons to ever face one of these beings.

Is what he says delusional? A lie? Just peanuts?

This is for anyone interested in the only decent humanoid case I know of. Please watch the Disclosure Project. It has some apparent clout. But, if you are interested in an historical case, and its follow up-
