It is an article that leaves us without an image to help us understand why the different opinions. But, then it is unidentifiable which is why they have raised questions about it.
The photographer is uncertain, and says it moved fairly quickly.
The air traffic controller has no better eyesight.
The ufo researcher is already describing possible atmospheric effects (which I have raised previously on this same idea).
The "astronomy educator" thinks it is a bird, and decides that right away.
The CAA spokesperson thinks it might be a helicopter.
The NZDF spokesperson says it does not appear to be a military flight.
Bruce Maccabee will assist with numerous computations, but be forced to concede.
Digital images, unless scientific (diffraction lenses), are not unimpeachable.
