couldnt this be a plausible answer to foermis paradox?

Fermi's Paradox is flawed in a simple sense: To be human is to not have the capacity to define who we are. Why? Because we can not effectively communicate what we feel so absolutely as to effectively convey our exact meaning. The words I use to convey my message convey partially the intent of the writer and mostly the expectation that the reader comprehends that intent. That's not always the case. If I tell you that I am tall - each of you have a different perception of what tall is. I often like to phrase that a word is a thousand pictures, rather than the famous viceversa.

Fermi's Paradox contends that alien's would already communicated to us if they exist! How can we know this when we cannot effectivey communicate amongst ourselves? We can't know if aliens are communicating if we don't fully understand the concept of communication. There is so much uncertainty about the universe and the world around us that we can't possibly expect a hominid alien to greet us in some familiar manner.

hoax. human language universal tranasulators exist in japan some 5 years now. You speak, it transulates to whatever language. Humans can do it. Why not the aliens who control us...oops, the alien life out there...?

The access to advanced echnology is a lot different to the ability to use it. with one particular spieces, it is like a kid with a new toy. Alien life is not always as advanced as expected, yet there exists hiarachies of intelligences and power...Don't you dare ask for proof...

besides, we are now so advanced with the alien transistors that ET can finally fone home now ... with good reception.
