I was surfing ebay this morning and someone is selling a haunted doll that kills birds?

The person is probably a little off his/her rocker. They are claiming that the doll performed last rites on a cat and killed a crow and 2 other birds (and even included pictures of the dead birds)??

There's probably a 1000 things listed as being supposedly haunted on ebay. Not a shock though since who knows how many people have sold "ghost in a jar" or similiar items.

can the person claming the doll is hanted actully prove it

I dunno. The auction has an ebay/legal disclaimer in the discription (and claims it is a requirement of ebay) stating that they have no responsibility for what does or does not happen with the doll. That sort of disclaimer is pretty standard with all the other "haunted" items listed on ebay.

It's probably a fake (just like everything else on eBay) but the picture of the doll is kind of cool. I showed my wife because she collects dolls and she said she wanted nothing to do with it. She said its eyes creeped her out.

After looking back at it, it says it is "un haunted" and rids places and things of evil. Here is a picture from the auction. (I linked it the auction because the person put like 5 or 10 different pictuers).

That's not unusual. All my dolls are tied up. And all my daughter's stuffed animals have leashes on them so they don't come to life and stalk the cats................................

The Ebay notice says; "This auction description and the item itself should be considered as a novelty for entertainment purposes only"
So it probably isn't haunted

I honestly wish I could tie my dolls up. But...
1) My parents would ship me off to the funny farm.
2) I'm afraid they'd get out of their bindings, be pissed off, and come after me.

It said the doll had mirrors for eyes. It may have had the same effect to scare away the crow.
