There was a topic on General Off-Topic Discussion called "Hey" by the new user "Unexplained-Mysteries". It was supposed to be moved to the Community Board but it seems to have been deleted. Is there a reason, or is this an error?

And it is not listed on the Community board.

The topic was under review due to the poster's name being unsuitable.

It is now back in the community board again.
