Hi all. I'm new here so don't be to harsh with me. I read about "Chi" and Cryokinesis in another forum and people who practice it, so i had my questions but no one near me could answer. Then I found this forum and thought it was an ideal place to ask people about it. Ok enough with the story.
1) Only people can practice techniques with Chi like Cryokinesis or is it an ability that can be aquired by a normal person?
2) If so, how can we know the element we are? To be more specific, how do you know that you have more ability doing Cryokinesis or Electrokinesis or anything different?
3) I also read that it is required to meditate to "refill" your chi. How can you meditate?
4) I tried to do Electrokinesis and i think i had some success... well my hands were weird, my fingers were heavy and between my hands there was a magnetic feeling, but instead of pulling they push away.
Well i think it is too many questions now. Sorry for the bad english but i'm from Portugal.

Bad english? Hahahaha, you type way better than most of the idiots here. Congratulations for that.
1) These are all skills that you can learn, no matter what you do. For some things, however, it will HELP to practice energy manipulation (chi, as you called it), but I don't believe it's REQUIRED.
2) You could practice a lot of things, and whichever exercises you see the fastest results in are the skills you're best at naturally, but remember, even if you suck at pyrokinesis, for example, just practice, and you
will get better eventually.
3) You don't HAVE to meditate to refill your energy. You can do it without meditation, like I do, or you can just relax and let it refill naturally... also what I do, sometimes.

Meditation is basically keeping your mind blank.
4) That's good, then. It sounds like results, but if you're not sure, keep praciting. If you ever do it REALLY well, you'll know. And remember, magnetism works both ways, pushing AND pulling.

there is also active meditation where you imagine a scene like an ocean with the moonlight hitting it just right it is almost as effective and you get more relaxed and less restless eventually you fall into a meditative state

If you truely whish to acquire psychic skills, to influence things, it is utmost important that you first learn to clear your mind.
This is why meditation is so often used. It is mind discipline. Learning to relax your body. Disassociate yourself from the outside world and learning to calm, ease and totally clear your mind of virtually ALL outside stimuli.
Once you can learn to do this and do this with ease, then the next step is mental imagery. This is very important as it helps teach you mental control over the images and thoughts. This sounds easy but once you start you will realize just how many images run through your mind, seemingly at random.
Mental imagery must start very simplistic, like a blank black imageless backdrop. Slowly introduce a simple object. Challenge yourself to sharpen the clarity. Try rotating this object.
Slowly from this stage you progress until you become the GOD whithin your mind where by you can imagine anything with almost photo clarity and always have absolute control ovaer all images and thoughts.
This sounds as if this would take long, but it shouldn't.
I did these steps on a program to achieve TELEKINESIS.
I in fact wrote a book on such a program.
I from start until I moved my first object (eyeglasses), in about 6 months...NO JOKE HERE.
Learning the meditation is crucial if you want results, in a reasonable amount of time.
After you got the meditation down, then it is taking about 2 - 5 minutes of time trying to make, whatever it is you wish to do, happen.
I do not recommend much longer. I say this because you do not to get frustrated or angry, as this will just set you back.
Practice only as long as you feel, where you will not feel these emotions.
I recommend Telekinesis, once learned, you can apply that power to doing other things.
Start with a simple object and try to stay with that object until it moves under your mental command only.
I began with a pencil, but the day I got my sesults I only had access to the eyeglasses.

And do you have any ideas in how can i learn to discipline my mind? Because that's one of the problems when im doing electrokinesis. I often start to think in musics and every-day thoughts. Learning how to shut my mind would be a great advantage to me in my learning.

As I have mentioned earlier. Meditate.
Get yourself in a dimly lit room. You do not need to sit in a lotus position, as the point is to relax, and be as comfortable as possible.
Now think of total blackness with no sound and no sensations.
You will find these things a challenge. But every day you should try this until you can totally isolate yourself of thought and sensation.
Once you feel you can do this with esae you can move on to breathing excercises.
I use to test my PSI power level, after meditating, by hyperventilating while rapidly rubbing my hands together. I did this for maybe 1 - 2 minutes. At that point I would hold my hands apart and slowly bring them slowly together. At a certain point before your hand touch you should notice a resistance. Like trying to force together, the repelling force of two magnets.
I noticed, the more I practiced this, the more powerful this force became.
It was part of my ritual before I tried any Telekinesis.
You should also notice, that as you strive to achive your goal, the other psychic abilities will manifest.

Meditating and isolating myself from everything will be a little though because my parents are about to divorce, i have only a few friends , and i go to school in a different city from where i live, so i spend most of my time alone and daydreaming.. Anyway as you mentioned "Like trying to force together, the repelling force of two magnets " that is the feeling that i get when trying to do Electrokinesis. Is it a coincidence or i'm not getting any results?
Btw, when im at my computer, sometimes i feel like if someone was right next to me when no one is there. Is it just me or i'm feeling something? When i was younger i saw the spirit of my dead grandmother a few days after she died.. Does it have any connection?

Meditation is a form of self hypnosis.
Learning self hypnosis is faster, much faster.
Then you can meditate with the best of them, ones who have done it for decades.

I am aware of self hypnosis.
A useful tool.
I have used it myself.
While it helps in meditation, it will not replace the benefits from mental excercises I described.

Please don't bump posts.
Chakra flow? There's things talking about how energy flows through you a certain way, through the chakras, activate your chakras for more energy, ect ect. I don't know. I don't use those methods; they didn't help me.
And about the self hypnosis, it's not REALLY hypnosis, it's only putting yourself in a trance. Once in the trance, you can usually perform Psionics better. It's only a concentration tool, really.

depending on where you hear it chakra can mean energy or it can mean an energy vortex/channel...most people recognize the vortex form. The self-hypnosis is a trance like state and that is all that hypnosis is going into a trance (or putting someone in a trance) to tap into your/their subconscious or superconscious. It doesn't mean you're/they're in a zombie state and you/they won't do anything they dont actually want to do.

Hypnosis is being in a trance and then making the person do something else; making them bring up locked memories, ect.
Being in a trance is just... being in a trance.
