What IN THE WORLD trade center is what I say .

A big QUESTION MARK ABOVE MY HEAD

what are your thoughts take the poll or post a thought.

I haven't seen this movie yet, and I probably won't, at least not until the DVD comes out, at least. I don't know why anyone wants to go watch the towers fall again. It sucked when it actually happened, so I can't imagine it being any different now. It is too soon for it to be in theaters...it just happened 5 years ago! No one needs a reminder for something impossible to forget. I know the movie is actually based on two men, and not just the towers falling, so I don't really know where I stand on this right now. As for the Hollywood thing, I'd say most likely, they did it for the money, unless the money is going towards 9/11 funds, which I hope a lot of it is.

I don't think it's too soon. It may even be a timely piece. Though i do think they could have been more.... tactful.... with their title. As for motive, I almost clicked "Yes, most likely", but had to choose Other, because the answer I'd use would be "YES, ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT ABOUT IT WHATSOVER"

i seen this movie the other day, and with out giving anything away, you would not be disapointed in this movie, they seemed to be VERY careful on specific things, and i think they did an excellent job.

you basically said what i was going to answer this with, this movie is NOT about terrorism, or about towers falling, its about herocism and the will to live. there is no controversal material whatsoever in this film, and loved that it didnt. this movie is one of the best and most sad movies i have ever seen. the characters in this film, and especially thier roles, it opens a lot of eyes to all the good that went on that day....

they are going to make another movie, flight 93, wich is going to be about the hijacking of the first plane to hit the towers..that movie is going to be on a whole nother level than this one...this one was not about anything but the love and unitedness of the nation, if any of the movies are out to cash in on this tragedy it will be that one, im not sure if they are donating funds to any charities, but regaurdless of that, i think everyone in america who that has had any doubt whatsoever about all the good that was shadowed by all the evil that day, need to see this movie asap.

it was an excellent movie, with an excellent tone, they did not offend me at all, and i was expecting them to.....

I dont think its too soon. But i think i will wait til it comes out on DVD before i see it. I dont know how true it will be you can never know with these kinds of stories where some of the people repersented have died. Im afraid that it will become to Disneyised. Also as it is coming hot on the hells of flight93 i guess its a bit hyped up aswell.

WOW so far the poll is very interesting , Im glad im not alone in my intital feelings on this topic and what realy confuses me is the title ,.. it could have been less obvious .
i thought the title of anything that sells is suposed to be the hook ,.. thats what advertising taught me in college when i took commercial art advertising design

hook
catch
reel em in

the audience has been pulled aboard w00t.gif

thank you for the posts and the poll guys , gals , friends and pals

Much too soon.

The movie is a propoganda stunt, just as the real tragedy was. The contravery and conspiracies are too high to make a official and just movie. High payed actors are used here to persuade the audience in to thinking a certain way. It is sad to see they already made a movie about this tragedy, especially since the truth of the matter is unconfirmed and concealed. The only movie one needs to see is Farienhiet 9/11.

11th September to me, is a celebration of the promised land.

farenheit 9/11 was a joke

if michael moore portrayed himself more profesionally i would have took him a lot more serious.

the film was an obvious attempt to try and make our government look bad

also these consipiracy thoeries need to stop, they have all been debunked...just like the moon landing hoax, its rather annoying that people still bring those topics up rolleyes.gif
