I've stumble onto this video in YouTube. It contain a footage of a huge fleet of Ufos. I don't think they are balloons and the shapes, because of the speed it moving on. It's not even stars cause some are moving! What creeps me out is, hardly anybody stopped to look up into the sky in that video and notice that but continue with their daily routines. what do you think?

Thats a pretty long video, and at the start i was under the impression they were all birds, although at that hight im starting to doubt it as well as the way they were flying doesn't seem at all in formation.

The only way i can think it would have been faked is with CGI and with that i don't know personally if it would be an easy task at this resolution. Id like to find out more about it though, it makes me wonder how i never heard of it given its such a large number of ufo's caught on tape. Like sure i have seen the "mexican ufo fleet" videos, but those never gave much on reference to hight and area.

This deserves more of a hard look into the details, just strikes me as odd seeing it on youtube before anywhere else

I looked further into it and saw on other forums that there was a massive 200,000 balloon release done on the exact same day in spain so after i watched the video a few times i came to the conclusion that it is just balloons at different hights.

What I dont get is,this is daytime right then how come u see so many stars or u wanne tell me that these are all UFOs every single light in the "night"sky?

Definately balloons Im afraid..and the odder bigger shapes are bunches..I live in Spain and even remember the day they were released (second day of the world cup)..they are white (Madrid's colour)

Well i will say in those videos that they definetely did not all look like balloons to me!
so how can you cover it up with just balloons?

Explaination of why some balloons are moving in all the different directions in different speeds?

The country I reside in does this sort of things for celebrations but the balloons don't travel like that from what i've seen and experienced. they end up popping after a distance or in a certain height and disperse, not travelling together like a bunch of people. There's my doubt for it being balloons.

I think the only reason why some balloons are moving different speeds/ and or directions is because of the hight they are at. Wind/ clouds don't always move the same direction especially as you gain altitude. So for them to be moving in different directions doesnt seem unlrealistic especially with the fact there was 200,000 balloons released that day.

If they really were ufo's we could all expect to hear something about it other then a video posted on youtube with no author discribing the events. Just baffles me how someone could record 200,000 objects in the sky (not being balloons) and be the only one to have footage of it.

The "UFOs" were filmed on Saturday 10th June 2006 over Madrid. On that same day in that same place hundreds of white balloons were released after a givernment rally regarding ETA.

We also have a person who lives in Spain who said it was the same thing (which is what lead me to find the link).

That's how I know that this case was balloons. This is the only case being discussed so far and I didn't say anything about other cases.

Please read all the posts in a thread and remember that not all links are irrelevant.

The camera is all over the place. The balloons are fairly stationary. The ones seeming to move more are lower than the others. Closer to the camera. It's called the parallax effect where objects closer to the viewing point seem to travel faster. That's why a high flying plane seems to travel very slowly while a helicopter closer to the ground appears faster.

This case is balloons. They look like balloons and hundreds of balloons were (fact) released on that day in the same place. So either all the balloons popped or blew away and were quickly replaced by UFOs in the same numbers or it is just balloons.

I see nothing to convince me that they're balloons. Also

- They look nothing like balloons.
- They don't move like balloons.
- Balloons aren't usually visible for that long.


Next time, guys. Try to present a reasonable explaination.

For now, it's a bunch of UFOs, and it'll stay that way untill we verify exactly what they are.

what video did you watch?..the one with 200,000 white dots floating in the sky or one with a flying saucer?..why do they not look like balloons?..how does a balloon move.. float?..like the ufos in the video?...sorry im not trying to take the piss but the simplest explanation has to be considered if you want some kind of explanation for this video..the fact that 200, 000 balloons were released on the SAME DAY and at the SAME LOCATION floating through the air like the objects in the video should pretty much wrap things up...

the movements can easily be explained by the fact that winds move in different directions at different hights due to temperature differences etc..larger irregular shapes are most likely entangled clumps...nothing travels rapidly in this video NOTHING they all FLOAT LIKE BALLOONS

life is too short to worry about this story...there are way better cases to look into

If that's true, then I guess it is balloons. But they don't look like balloons to me. And at one part of the video, the dots shoot around in the air. O.o Must be the camera guy moving the camera ALOT.

They sure don't look like flying saucers to me.

Looking at the footage, I thought, this is hard to explain, unless someone nearby had just released a few hundred thousand balloons.
