This is one confusing thread. That first video looks like a blanket got loose in the wind and that second one just screams hoax.

l agree with Daniella that it could possibly be a plastic bag .

Yeah plastic sounds better than a blanket. But I do agree it's something blowing in the wind.

First is fake could easily be edited to add in the sheet or the supposed thing that is flying.
