i like family guy better

Hmm...I don't know... It's a hard contest. Umm..........

I'd have to say the Simpsons beat Family Guy by a little bit because of how many seasons they've had and how many laughs they've given me.

Family guy is the funniest cartoon. Simpsons used to be, but for the past 2 years its gotten lame and crappy.

Family guy, hands down.

I'd say Family Guy is funnier. The Simpsons hasn't really been funny for a couple years. There were a few episodes here and there, but none of them has made laugh as hard as Family Guy has.

I'm picking Simpsons, because I'm old school...

But Family Guy is a little more up to date with their humor.

You can't really compare them, Family Guy is adult/teen orientated, whereas Simpsons tries to appeal to more of a family setting. Family guy can therefore can get away with more adult orientated jokes.....

Simpsons was the first, it paved the way for creations like South Park and Family Guy.... Its just they decided to aim for older audiences.

Family guy owes a lot to simpsons, so I naturally would class simpsons as better.

I grew up on the Simpsons and I'll always love that show (note the avatar). However, the past few years haven't been good as what came before and Family Guy is laugh-out-loud hilarious in a way that the Simpsons just isn't. I'm also a fan of random cutaways. So I'll go with Family Guy but both are classics.

My vote should be obvious. Family Guy is pretty funny most of the time considering they've duplicated about 15 scenarios showcase on The Simpsons. Family Guy relies on shock value for its humor which makes it perfect for Adult Swim on CTN. Its a very good show but I'd like to see it last 16 seasons especially since it was already cancelled once (I blame that on FOX). The Simpsons is funnier and even throws in an occasional message here and there i.e. tolerance of gay/lesbian lifestyles, open minded religious beliefs, kill Flanders ect.

I also think the coming of The Simpsons feature film will mark the end on the show. Their contract is about to expire and why not call it quits while you're still on top?

Family Guy. The Simpsons are done, any minute now Fox will kill the show.

l enjoy watching family guy but l would have to say that l like the simpsons abit more so l choose the simpsons .
