It was just some kid playing around and being filmed by his parents, probably with an old 8mm handheld film camera. The only thing scary about that footage is what that kid did to his vocal chords screaming like that and even at that I'm not to sure that wasnt a sound effect added later. I mean in the last part of the film the scream didnt match the mouths movement.

Ok THANKS GOD I didn't watch this one yesterday at night, that last scene of his face directly to the camara and doing that horrible noise was SCARY.
