Hey, I don't get how you can take advice from people who haven't 'lucid dreamed' - and I haven't. However, if you wanted advice on what to eat if you don't want to lucid dream, I'd be happy to provide you with that data original.gif

Or, in any case, any other way I can help you. Seeing as you asked so nicely.

It doesn't matter to me if they have astral projected or not, as long as they share a technique for astral projection or lucid dreaming they've read about, then I'm fine with that original.gif

Anyway, I said foods that might help me astral project or l.d., not foods that will prevent lucid dreaming or astral projection.

No worries. Also, This Link goes a lot more in-depth through a variety of articles, including how to remember the dreams, an 'idiot's guide' etc. etc.

alright i havent alstal projected but im really close and i plan to get it soon and i have had 3 lucid dreams all which i have made myself have but ill try answer some of your questions.

1.How to lucid dream
well i have got my tips from this site http://www.lucidity.com/LucidDreamingFAQ2.html

2.How to stay lucid when dreaming (not wake up)
well even though i woke up because i got excited i guess you have to just practice and slowly get less excited until you can have no feelings while you lucid dream just stay calm and you should be fine.

3.Any exercise or food that can help me lucid dream
well i dont know about food but i think it gives you some exercies on the website

4.Good methods of astral projection (list any method you have read about)
this method looks good the only problem you have to wake up at 4am or somt time early
http://www.unexplained-mysteries.com/forum...showtopic=60199

5.How to overcome fear of projection
well the only i know is to keep practicing and keep telling yourself that nothing can happen to you while you project. just dont piss off evil spirits thats easy

6.Things that are said to interfere with lucid dreaming and projection
while drugs stop you from astral projecting and alcohol to some people stop but when i have a hangover i can get close and if you want to project stay away from red meat and cheese that day you want to project and candy pop and bad foods for like a week to clean out your system that sh**s bad 4 ya ne way

7.Any tips on projection and lucid dreaming that might help
again in the website the first one

8.How to switch from lucid dreaming to astral projection
well you must vizuallize (i dont know how 2 spell) your body and say i want to astral project.

im not sure of the last one but i have a pretty good idea of what im doing. hope the links works

I would say that life is a lucid dream, don't let it throw you off. Relax and go with the flow. Some of us are just meant to be in that place ! This must sound strange to you, however if it is that upsetting then just keep looking for help. I don't know if this helped you or not.

About food. Just I think first of all you must not eat food that makes you dependant on it: salt, hamburger... you must eat smth simple to which you don't give much attention that way you have one problem less yes.gif wink2.gif

Yep, foods like vegetables, fruit, bread are all good and simple, probably making it easier to concentrate on what you're trying to do...

I want to say that ascets from india and other countries give a lotof attention to circumstances food and also to what you're thinking in general. Every small factor affects the final result. Firstly try to forget about salt and then about others.

Well it's not going to help you concentrate if, like you say, you're craving salt, or any food for that matter...

Therefore from my experience it will. Salt is not the best product. Believe me, I have some experience with it. grin2.gif It will, since you must gain freedom through studiing metaphysics...not being a kind of "slave" of the food. I assure you, exe11er you would be able to concentrate much better if you won't use it.
*It looks stupid but thats true that many great people who were great parapsyhologists/ascets, (i don't speak about so called mediums who get born with them, but about those who tried to educate themselves and aquiring infinitous freedom from that), didn't use salt example: Ghandhi, Swami Shivananda..... and were able much better controling their "I". yes.gif yes.gif yes.gif wink2.gif

Hey i read some where about astral projection but i didn't really thought it would be real since they said how to project yourself but they didn't say how to come back to your body.. But is it true that with ap you can contact with evil spirits? or when you do ap evil spirits come to you?

I read that when you dream you are actually astral projecting so if you can wake up from a dream then you can come back to your body from astral projection. Anyway, when you astral project youre sleeping so you come back when you are woken up.
Triad
First and foremost you’re going to need a pad and pen (or a diary), every morning when you wake up the very first thing you do, before anything else is write down your dreams. Also include in your comments what you felt the dreams meant and go into details (for example; things you noticed, that did not seen to have anything to do with the main theme of the dreams), it is very important the you are "religious" with doing this as the very act focuses your attention while asleep and dreaming.

Now in relation to astral projection what some do not realize is the importance of a target or goal in respect to your intent. Literally, the most common such efforts are in relation to identifying animal spirit guides, with regards to Western Hemispheric Native American culture.

Any thoughts?

I've astral projected a few times and I have never had any contact with evil spirits at all. So as far as I know it's not true.

For those that want to return to there bodies often just thinking about returning will bring you back to your body also if anything happens you'll return to your body instantly, much like awakeing from a nightmare.

Hey guys

I just discovered something and i wanted to share it with you guys. I've noticed that when I excercise before going to bed, I can remember my dreams much more clearly, and you are more likely to have multiple dreams. Though it seems like some of the dreams turn to nightmares. Well, just thought id share, so try it and tell me how it turns out yes.gif

I'll just answer in point form from the original post because its easier for me. blush.gif

1. Best way I found to lucid dream is to practise testing and remembering to test your reality all through the day. Try to think 'am I dreaming? ' as often as you can and basically by habit you will do it in your dreams. But you must do this technique with real thought and not a quick thought otherwise you are lazy in your dream too and dismiss that you may be dreaming. If you do this technique alot and then tell yourself that you will know when you are dreaming(as you go to sleep)you have a better chance to remember to test your reality when dreaming.

2. To stay lucid I found that by staying calm helped alot.. and you kinda still go with the flow of the dream as well and not get too stuck down in the thoughts of it. Its hard to word but basically it just takes practise. I used to be able to pretty much(what felt like)stay lucid all night. I would have a lucid dream and then it would end and I would find myself in either the blackness of space or infront of a large dark red theater curtain which would then open up for the next scene, which I would find myself in shortly after(the next dream).
Anyway methods to stay lucid.. keep your breathing slow and dont speed it up or hold it etc.. like if you go underwater remember to not bother to hold your breath. Go with the flow of thr dream and kinda keep moving and even sometimes when you all of a sudden feel like you have just woken up and are in the blackness before opening your eyes dont open them, because the next scene may be about to begin.

3. Dunno about the food.. but Ive found that a tiny bit of alcohol actually sends me lucid easier sometimes. I dont really drink but Ive found that I do go lucid if I have a glass of wine or two before bed. I think its because it makes me sleepy and dream quicker or something.

4. Astral projection, Im guessing you mean OBE's.. Im not the best at OBE's and I kinda get them confused with lucid dreams because to me they are like ontop of each other or something. Like I've only had one really good OBE and it was by going through a lucid dream first. I was lucidly dreaming and I summoned Ariel who I asked to help me have an OBE. He did instantly and it really worked for me. I could feel the difference because I had come straight out of the lucid dream and into the OBE. But apart from that I dont really know how to go straight into the OBE.. or its more like I cant be bothered anyway because lucid dreams are better imo because they are more vivid and with more colour basically. OBE was very cool though and more real feeling.

5. Become fearless which is kinda a personal thing.

6. Things that interfear with lucid dreaming would be certain drugs and stimulants and stress that might keep you awake, stuff like that. Also your own lazyness to not see the dream reality because you'd rather just sleep. lol. Which is fair enough. happy.gif

7. I'll share my personal technique which seems to work for me. There are so many tips and stuff and Im not usually much of a typer so I'll just share what I found works pretty well. First you must learn to lucidly dream though.. so practise to test your reality and when you manage to go lucid in a dream(during it) try to run. Run as fast as you can and then place your hands down and use your hands to kinda pull the ground the same direction you are running... you find yourself running like extra fast because you are pulling the ground, and basically at this stage I've found myself to be fully shifted into the animal. Anyway if you do that lots and lots everytime you lucidly dream it becomes a habit too. Like testing your reality. It becomes a habit to run with your hands for extra speed ect and you then find yourself doing that habit in normal dreams that then triggers you to go lucid because they have kinda gone hand in hand before. So any normal running in future dreams becomes a trigger for lucid dreams because you shapeshift.

8. To switch from a lucid dream to a OBE I would just practise trying to by maybe just thinking about my real body and stuff like that. But I dunno because I havent had many obvious OBE's but you could summon someone to help you by simply vibrating the name during the lucid dream.

Umm.. I use my lucid dreams to identify my animal spirit guides.. or its more like.. my normal dreams show me the guide first and then later I lucid dream/shift into it. Then its like I understand the guide more. I'm not sure what else to add cause Im not sure what your after exactly.

Anyway. original.gif
