I was thinking of making this topic it may sound pretty stupid...Well i heard many people that have the theory about sleep walking being astral travel.
Does anyone think this is true? And explain how this theory could be true/false.

i dont think so.. it very well could be.. but astral travel usually pertains to the spirit/soul leaving the body and going places on its own... not wandering with the body itself. but then again, theres levels and stages and greys to every thingg even if unaware of it yet, so most likely, it is a form of it!

I really have not much to say about sleep walking myself cuz i've only apparently done it once. The frusterating thing is someone will tell you you did it, but you don't remember.

Astral travel/projection is of your spirit/astral body not the physical body.
