Looking for opinions. Any type of water cooling that you have experience with.

Trying to decide if we should start putting these in the few gaming systems that we get to build. I definately like the look and see now the prices are dropping and availability is going up. I'm particularly interested in cooling hard drives as this is an area where standard cooling (heatsinks and fans) is hugely lacking.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

im sure this is in the wrong section. But the problem is that the water would either heat up and damage the system or the water would get too cool and damage the system

Not quite. Water has an immensely high capacity for absorbing thermal energy, meaning that it would maintain a roughly lukewarm average temperature through the system. This is why locations in ocean climates have very stable average temperatures; wate ris slow to aborb and release thermal energy.

If you google water cooling systems you will come up some information about it. Overclocking sites also usually have info. The systems are becoming more common and more attractive. I am interested in them mostly for the heat and asthetics. They are also quiet and rumor has it dust build-up isn't so much of an issue. I just don't know anyone who's built or used a system with liquid cooling and was hoping for some reviews.
