Why do I feel my bare back tingle,
up my spine, when we do not touch?

I feel the warmth of your bodyheat
radiate on mine, like the sun itself
Iam simply batheing in that ray of desire

Is it knowing that your just a armlength away ?
But restless you are to slumber
My senses move like a thunder,

yup your right that was merely a typo mistake,.. i have such a shakespearish method or poe inspired way of writing that when I typed it into this thread to post it just came out that way. I probably wouldnt have noticed it unless it was mentioned

p.s WHEN I POST HERE ANYWAY i DONT REALLY PUNCTUATE THE GREATEST ALL THE TIME ,..BUT IT HAS MADE ME AWARE OF MY WORK AND IT IS AND SHOULD BE CAREFULLY TYPED IN.

Again, no probs. You've got some good stuff, just maybe need to take a little more time over grammar and spelling. It doesn't matter in the forums in general, but in poetry just one mistake takes away from the effect of the poem as a whole - each word counts so much more than it does in prose. So it pays to be careful!

I agree. Ive had plenty of poetry published in Antholigies ,one called" Whispering Silence"
and the other titled" Immortal Verses"

I have several poems online as well these i won in contests through the writers digest
Im 39 and have been drawing and writing for as long as i can remember

I must admit though i dont do it as much as i would like to these last two years. I m depressed cause of it. But im slowly doing the college thing so i can have my own florist designing bussiness. I love to arrange flowers and I know I have to be my own boss or Abecrombie aint happy .lol
