I don't need to hear anything. It is mild curiousity as a result of a question brought up by my son.

I didn't say you needed to hear it. I just asked if that's what you wanted to hear. huh.gif

Can two people have the same birthmark in the same place?
Wookie McFly
I don't think so... Next to impossible I believe.

My younger brother and I each got scars on our right shins midway between knee and ankle ohmy.gif This happened in 1962 or so when we camped out by ourselves at a remote beach in Washington State (crimes against children were non-existant there in Washington State in the early sixties). The area is numb around the scarring about an inch sad.gif Also there is a small lump on each of our heads two finger widths above the ear and a bald patch thats a pinky finger tip in diameter. We had seen a group of "stars" moving in the sky a two nights earlier. 8 of them moved in a circular clock wise motion, stopped and came together in the center, and then scattered in different directions, like bicycle spokes. They were a brilliant purplish blue and the size of Venus when it's closest to the Earth. What reminded me of this is that my ten year old son asked me "Where's the other moon dad?". The funny thing is, I asked my foster parents the exact same question 44 years ago. It made the hairs on the back of my neck, arms, and legs stand up when he asked me. He had asked me this question after seeing the Northern Lights here in Juneau, 900 or so miles up the coast from where my younger brother and I had seen the "stars moving" in the night sky when we camped on that remote beach 44 years ago. Funny thing is, I still can remember seeing two moons in the night sky like a vivid dream, or a very strong memory. I haven't had that memory so vivid in a long time. Have you heard of the two moons in the sky in your research? Can you shed light on the shin scarring, or the small lumps under the skin above the ear? Both itch when it gets hot.

As you already know, there are people on this forum that give ignorant and thoughtless comments.
This is why I do not frequent here much.
Have you ever had a doctor examine those areas you described on your body?
Have you questioned your son further on this?

Your comment was bang on. Tis why I don't post much here either. Seems like half the comments made on this forum are to get laughs from the less serious "regulars". You know, poke fun at the newbies. Irritating, really.

Good questions, and I would be interested to hear if you have had a doctor examine those areas. Does your brother experience the same irritation in hot weather?

The thing with the two moons strikes something in my memory. Let me see if I can jog it further and get back to you.

Jeeze, CE... All I ever read from you is smart@$$ remarks that make some of the new people feel like they're in COLD WATER... How nice is that? I realize you get off on making people laugh with your class clown syndrome but it always seems to be at some else's expense.

Get over it, I never said Serious Posts Only. Honestly these so called droll remarks are so tiresome.

I know - I just set myself up for some more cute remarks, so have at it. I'm your prime target now. Heck at least it will ease the burdens of some folk who come here for some honest insights rather than cutsie smarmy remarks.

If these scars are the real deal (and I don't know you, so can't say for certain on a forum like this one), then maybe you ought to pick up a couple of books on the theory of alien abduction. Don't necessarily go screaming 'aliens' right way, though - the scars could have been the result of anything like the both of you tripping and falling in the same place, kicking the same corner of the family couch or if you both played a contact sport like football or maybe even soccer. I played on a girl's soccer team when I was a kid and every one of us had similar scars on our shins, elbows, etc.

What? You started with me. I don't scare off new members, I make them feel welcome. It's all about perception. I never discredit anyone without reason and I'm not rude to people I don't know. I'm not making people cry. And you see my 'smart ass' remarks because I post a lot, not because I do it any differently than anyone else.

If you don't like me then you can pm me about it but I'm not going to stop posting because you don't like how I post. I have just as much right to be here as anyone else. I don't remember ever hurting your feelings, but if I did I'm sure it wasn't intentional.

People saying they don't post much because of other people just make me laugh. It's a cop out. If you want to post, then post. You have just as much right to post as anyone else. It doesn't bother me one way or another.

Good luck! thumbsup.gif

Back off dude. She's expressing her right to free speech, which, last time I checked hasn't been erroded too far.

In addition, you are coming close to flaming. Not very nice.

I'm with anvil, far too harsh a response to some mild comments by coldethyl. Might want to sit back and reconsider all of this hostility.

There is a ddifference between expressing your right to free speech and being repectful. If we all said what we wanted, where would be in the world. There is a matter of morals and ethics that also come into play. and people's personal feelings.

I don't think it was "harsh" of her. I think it came from reading many psotings and speaking to people who felt they were made fun of. If someone thinks their experiences are valid and want information and help, who are we to doubt them all the time and who are we to make fun of them.

Do not just bash backto heather because you are buddies with cold ethyl. You need to understand that she had valid ppoints. Heather never asked her to go away, just merely consider feelings.

Actually, morals and ethics are not at stake here, lets not expand the issue with unfounded claims. original.gif

You have no proof that I am buddies with Ethyl. Another unfounded claim, on your part. In addition, your use of the familiar term "Heather" leads me to believe that you are in fact doing the same thing which you accused of me.

On top of all that, I was responding to the OP. Read the quote I cited.

YOur unfounded claim was that i directed it at marty, and i did not, PLUS!!! i did not slam Cold ethyl, I merely stated what i personally thought and what i thought the other poster was trying to say whether she is my friend or not.

how are morals and ethics unfounded? do we live in a barbaric society where we don't need to be nice to each other and respect feelings???

I am not asking for proof that you are friends with cold ethyl and it was said to the whole of the people, not just marty.

I don't understand what you don't seem to get. Being empathetic and nice vs being smarmy and making people feeling uncomfortable.

Can we just leave it at that?

I got an inch and a half scar on the inside of my left thigh. I thought I had got some glass there and had to be taken to a doctor. When I asked my mum about the scar and how it got there; she said she didn't know as I never went to the doctor for a cut in my upper thigh. She said that she would have remembered that incident if it had happened.

It must have been a false memory incorporating my parents to hide the truth of the scar.

It doesn't bother me at all and is there still to this day. Yet, I have no recollection how it got there; except for the false memory.

I had my first encounter when I was four and it was about that same time period that I got the scar.

The strange thing about the scar; I don't know how it healed so quick. One minute I remember seeing blood and the next a scar. Everything else is a blur; except for the false memory involving my parents.

Strange enough, the scar isn't too far off a major artery, so by rights I should have bled to death with where it is located.

In the 60's; the subject of ufos wasn't spoken about in my house as my dad was in the military.

Unfortunately, that isn't remotely funny. It's just sarcastic and snide.

I'm all for laughter and jokes, in the right place at the right time, but the OP came here seeking some help and hoping for possible answers. He is obviously worried and takes this seriously.

Lately it seems as though UM is being run by 3 people with an agenda.....is there a quota for running off newbies?

If I sound p/o it's because I am. All this gets really tiresome. Really, I can not understand why the mods don't step in more often.

This has been sorted already. If you have a problem and think there is some agenda then maybe you should speak to a moderator.

I asked a simple question. I've talked to Hezzbelle about it thru the pm system and as I said, it is sorted.

Hell yeah they do! My ex had a WEIRD scar in an unmentionable part, and I asked him what was it for, and he said he didn't know, that that wa snormal, and I said that's SOOO not normal! something happened and your parents didn't tell you!
Now he can't ask his mom cause it would be embarassing haha but I don't think it's related to an ufo encounter.

Rachelkleypassparrow, what's the form of the scar? Like, does it looks like any other scar or it has an actual form to it?
