Yesterday my wife registered on UM with the express purpose of going on chat to meet some of the regulars.

She was able to log in with no problem. However, when she tried to sign in to the chat room we got Error U825 and will not allow her on, but on the main forum page it shows her as being on chat.

The weird thing is that I can log in on the same pc and go to chat with no problems. Any ideas?

I looked in the help area and could find nothing.

Your wife must complete the validation process to be able to use the chat feature
