Isn't it strange how some actors just seem to disappear off the radar. It seems one minute they are the hotest thing around, then a couple of years later they never seem to be in any movies.
Have you noticed a particular favorite actor not around any more that you would like to see again?

Michael Keaton was in the movie White Noise recently.

James Woods has a new television series.

Gary Oldman was in the 3rd Harry Potter movie.

They get old and retire. Sometimes other things come up. Not exactly a mystery. But there are a few actors i wouldn't mind seeing again. Segourney Weaver, for one, although i can't spell her name for the life of me.

If you have not seen Fishburne in the 2005 movie the The Assault on Precinct 13, you have got to get it.
It was a fantastic movie.

Oh yeah and Kurt Russell was in that boat movie this year. What was it called.. oh Posiden! Or something.

So it just goes to show, just because you haven't seen them in anything doesn't mean they're not still working.

I wouldn't mind seeing more Val Kilmer.

He was also in Batman Begins as Detective Gordon.

Joe Pesci has actually stopped acting. He hasn't really been in anything since Lethal Weapon 4 about 8 years ago. He just decided to stop making movies because of how many people were sick of him. I always liked him. He has a small, uncredited part in a Robert DeNiro movie coming out soon. I hope he returns eventually, though.

He's been working on two shows for ages. Robot Chicken, which is animated and directed/voiced by Green, and also another sitcom show i don't recall the name of.

Gary Oldman is the hottest thing around.... In my pants.

but yeah actors are like fads i guess. One day we want hot young action movie stars then older romantic drama guys i guess. It would be hard to be an actor cause you have to be "with the time". One day your hot one day your not. It depends on the movies they make, if they have a family. contracts with studios stuff like that. i dont think many actors have dissapeared i think they have all gotten alot older plus the market now is riddled with all these "hot new" actors it wont be long before people like Gyllenhaal, Blison, Lohan etc are gone


Actors these days need staying power there are a few that have this such as dustin hoffman, donald (i cant spell his last name but his son is on 24), george clooney.
