I happened to be flicking through the channels last night when I stumbled across a programme on channel 4 entitled The Real Blair Witch, about a group of teenagers who apparently kidnapped a girl, brought her into the woods and acted out killing her, and taped the whole thing. blink.gif

The kids claim that the girl agreed to ‘act out’ the ordeal, yet she took them to court and claims that she never agreed to any of it.

Did anyone see it? Do you really believe that the ‘victim’ is telling the truth? My friends and I had mixed opinions about the case, and I found myself believing her story.

I saw that program and i think that dannielle knew what was gonna happen to her, or part of what was going to happen to her and because she couldnt have travis didnt like it and went to the police, there is plenty of evidence that she was acting like when she pretended to be dead and when she managed to wipe her nose even tho her hands were tied up also the knive was covered in selotape. Basically i think they were innocent but filiming a fake kidnapping was pretty stupid! but then again maybe i am wrong and they r guilty wacko.gif

I've seen the tape in ist entirety, and at the end, when they untie her, they all begin to congratulate each other on their acting (even the girl). Long story short, I wasn't convinced she was telling the truth. I don't have the video saved anymore (we reformatted recently), so I can't remember the link.

Anybody know a site where I can see the video?

I seen that,at the end she was clearly having a laugh, and when they said that they had done it to the other girl(cant remember her name)they said she knew about it and stopped because she was so scared,i think it was an act.And she went to the police because she couldnt get into Travis' pants.

huh.gif I think it was a lil dull...

Saw it too. I think they did kidnap the girl although im not sure. My reason for thinkin its real is that in that situation you would do anythong to appease your kidnappers including say, congratulate their acting I mean she was tryin to stay alive! i'd do the same. No matter it was a pretty good documentary even if it was a hoax. An if it was a hoax shes screwed tham pretty well.

Such an "imaginary" title, which doesn't fit in with the documentary.

Through personal opinion, video cameras are obsessive. Sometimes i just want to film everything, like everything should be immortalised.

But thats just me.
